Click and collect took ages.
Not enough staff on site!
I had to go away and come back that it took so long. On my return the item was at the front of the store, advised by staff at the checkout to wait for an assistant to come and help load, I loaded it in my car myself and returned the trolley... still no store assistant!

I ordered a robot hoover online for delivery in store and was told it would arrive by Friday at 5pm. No email so phoned Currys and was told it was in transport to shop. Went to store at 7pm and they stated it was not at the shop and to await email. Saturday I again phoned as no email received and was told it would be reordered to arrive the following Friday.bvery poor.

I had received fantastic customer service from Summer, who despite her lack of knowledge on what my specific needs were was very helpful. She instantly was able to know where to get the information and assist me with my purchase, which she did throughout with a smile on her face.

Hi I have been to curry’s in Ruislip Branch it was one Aisan man very aggressive I was asking him to find out the colour of mobile phone I purchase online he said to me I can’t do that because was online he said go to Repair desk
But then one young Girl her Name SUMMER she helped me through and she was listening to me great then she passed me to general man his Name HOSAIN ON Repair desk sort everything out for me
I truly thank SUMMER & HOSAIN too

If only..
It is in my opinion Curry’s telling a dystopian tale as when you actually expect/need help….It is lacking in so many ways.
A computer was purchased a year and a some eleven months ago spending nearly £1400.00 it started to play up a couple of days ago wouldn't immediately switch on and had just stopped turning on the Power!
I am an experienced retailer myself, and am well used to customer service (only in my opinion Curry’s aren’t!) I reasonably took the HP ENVY back to their “Mega store” whence I had purchased said desktop with great sales assurance of on-going service!
Armed with a copy of my receipt and being fully aware of my consumer rights (something should be fit for the purpose and be in reasonable working order up to 6 Years) I took it to the store expecting the usual rebuff (it’s out of guarantee). But no I’m wrong, not only that, but I would have to phone their main office number as although this is a massive shop, many thousands of sq. feet. They don’t have any process to accept repairs … (THEY DO HOWEVER HAVE A RECYLING DUMP BOX1) now in front of the very nice assistant I did what I was informed to do, I phoned the department who I was assured would assist us me and the store as to the correct process to fix my Desktop comp!.
Well I’m sure that you have guessed that some additional problem would ensue; unfortunately the next 52 minutes in front of the first assistant and now the store manager were classic comedy sketch material!
Both the phone assistant and the staff in store (who had my receipt) could not find my purchase at all in their computer systems! Sure enough the Manager who I had to insist come to speak to me (saying he was too busy and had other customers as he arrived) listened in to the call and then talked to the phone assistant himself and was amazed that even he could not get the lady on the HQ phone line to understand, repeating himself multiple times, he then walked away as he was too busy to continue to help leaving the super and somewhat embarrassed sales assistant on the CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK to listen to my chat with the lady still on the HQ phone line. I insisted that the manager come back and sort this out. He was clueless as to how to offer “Stress trouble free great service with a smile!.).
After this debacle I understandably, I took the line of “how do you actually take in chargeable repairs on your 60-70ft repair service counter?”. In response I was once again informed that I must again telephone the same phone number, that we (including the store manager and team members) had just spent nearly an entire hour getting absolutely nowhere!!!!!
I am still no wiser and eventually left this MEGA STORE with my useless HP ENVEY DESKTOP in my arms.

It was a difficult delivery due to the size of our front door, but the delivery team was very cooperative and did a magnificent job. They brought the item through our neighbour's door and then through our back door.

Thanks to the Currys team at South Ruislip, London, for being friendly and helping arrange the delivery so quickly. Great service from both the store and delivery team.

I had a great experience with Currys and they have a good service but the manager was absolutely really good and the person he helped me he was really helpful thank you so much.
