Friendly
Friendly, informative staff, helped me chose the TV I wanted. Then agreed a price match with a better price elsewhere. Loaded into the car for me and a handshake to end. Excellent service

unhelpful
unhelpful. messed around. bounced to different departments. so that i was not allowed to make a complaint or speak to a customer service agent in the uk. currys service after service is totally disgraceful. some of your staff at the st helens store are disgraceful. i purchased a pc. at 6 month old it was rebooting. i returned the pc to currys they sent it away to be repaired. they returned the pc again after a few days because the repair was unsuccessful. we were forced by the staff into a second repair or have a broken pc. this is illegal the law states we should not be forced into a second repair we should be given a replacement product. we should have been given a replacement after the first repair failed and the issue continued. that is what the uk law states. currys and their st helens staff ie clair. have broken the law and continue to do so. this pc is a gaming pc so it was expensive. as it was only 6 months old the fault was probably there from purchase. currys sold me a faulty pc. that is still under warranty but currys staff will do anything rather than replace an item that is not fit for purchase. Avoid.

Rude staff
We were returning an item that had a replacement guarantee and the young lad behind the counter was positively rude told me that the reason for return wasn't covered but I had already confirmed that it was with the help centre he made me feel like I was trying to get dometjing I hadn't paid for

Came home from holiday to a broken…
Came home from holiday to a broken fridge freezer. Staff at currys st helens was very helpful..one ordered and next day delivery... delivery lads gave a time and phoned before they arrived...in and out. Taken old one away ....superb...thanks alot
