Poor selection of TVs in Stamford Currys
I visited your Stamford store to buy a 32" tv . I was disappointed by the poor display of tv's that you had there. THere was many large tvs to see but the smaller ones were few ad far between. I was looking for a Hisense one but no smaller ones available to see. Many of the tvs were not switched on. The salesman did his best with the poor selection on offer and showed me a large tv which he said would give me an idea of what the picture will be like. I decided to buy my original choice without seeing it which was a mistake as now its fitted on its wall bracket is stands quite a bit away from the wall due to bad design of the fixing points. I will never recomend you to my friends and doubt if i will use the Stamford branch again.

Luke made the purchase very easy at Stamford. Shame the muppets at Grantham were not as good .live near Grantham but had to travel to Stamford to get the right kind of service.

Luke was a real help
Luke, the sales assistant was excellent. Walked me through the technical issues, and financial options with calmness and patience.
I'm a complete tech dunce. Luke's knowledge and customer service still shows that the one to one customer - staff relationship is still invaluable. Also, having purchases delivered and installed in a timely manner, convenient to myself, was another plus.

A very pleasant experience dealing with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Whilst we know what we wanted, they were able to provide us with very useful additional information which helped our decision to buy.
The personnel who, a few days later, delivered the television and fitted it were also very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
