Currys - Staples Corner レビュー 

Terrible customer service in store, no customers, empty shop, long que. I asked a member of staff is they put put anyone else on the collect til, the lady was rude and su missive, didn't even take the time to turn around and explain why they would not help reduce the que. I was not well enough to stand that long and had to sit down. Another member of staff barked at me that if I had to wait for them to take things out to the car park then that was the policy. I will not come back to Staples corner Curry's again. Took a video of the other staff stationed in areas not dealing with customers looking at their phones, the refund person guy who barked and dismissed me was aggressive in his approach. I feel let down, online services are supposed to improve wait times etc, it did not work on this occasion. If you would like the video please let me know.

Urgent. Delivery drivers can improve by not being rude, disrespectful, and not showing any respects to customers, when delivering a washing machine to the customers address. And refusing to carry up the LG washing machine by stairs, just 2 flights, which the customer paid £679 in a sale, for the washing machine. As the block has no lift. They were very argumentive to a woman. I was a female by myself, age 66 year's old, and I felt them both very hostile towards me. I am under the Royal Free Hospital for bladder cancer, and I don't need negativity from them. They commented my washing machine was not expensive. They were very unprofessional. Need to be kind, caring and helpful to customers, and show some respect.

Just a bit of feedback on the satisfaction survey!
Font is thin and curly. It is a good looking font, but hard to read.

Also, please find better words for Satisfied Dissatisfied. We all do surveys very quickly, it was hard to tell what was what at first glance, I'm sure I have picked Extremely Dissatisfied while I meant the opposite a couple of times ! Use Happy and Dissatisfied, it's easier :)

Long waiting, always there's shortage of staff in Staple Corner Branch.

I originally came for the ink cartridges on spec, as I think your website said you had them in stock so I came on spec. Unfortunately your salesperson though helpful couldn't find them. The next day I ordered them online and was messaged that I could come and collect them. I came and after a slight delay at the collection desk the friendly salesperson from the previous day came and gave me them. So despite the slight wait to be seen, all good, thanks.

Had an issue with my laptop. The engineer knew exactly what it was and sorted it out in 15 minutes, there and then. Brilliant. Thanks Cecil.

Delivery men were good and took away all the boxing etc. Delivery on time and they called to say how long they would be. Great customer service.

We went to buy a fridge and freezer from Currys at Staples Corner last week. Varun dealt with us extremely professionally and friendly.

I had a great experience at Currys Staples Corner. Shah was extremely helpful, friendly and patient. He helped me with my purchase and also took the time to explain the Sky broadband and TV offer clearly. He made the whole process very easy and I really appreciated his excellent customer service. I want to currys for purchase a mobile phone on my birthday.. as my wife want to give me a gift sumsang s26 ultra ..
We bought a phone in full payment but still we didnt recive much benifits
As we told salesman as today is my birthday you shold give me a good deal
But no they are not intrested at all to listen even
And worst thung is they are not polite with customer they said if you want to buy you can or else buy from somewere else...

We had a wonderful experience with our recent washing machine purchase at Currys (Staples Corner branch) and would like to thank the lady who assisted us named Maryam, she spent a considerable amount of time with us talking through and guiding us to purchase the best washing machine product. She was very calm, patient, friendly and easy to have a conversation with. Would highly recommend her to anyone seeking guidance and expertise in making the right purchase at Currys.
