Jon at Curry’s in Stirling was super helpful, nothing was a bother even though he had a trainee with him, we had his full attention.
Understaffed. Only if member of staff on the sales/pickup counter and the customer in front had a complicated issue to be dealt with. However, the staff were courteous and understanding.

Cancelled item 1 week ago & was told money would go back to my account !
1 week later got email to say item waiting to be picked up, went back into store and spoke with girl with red hair who was the 1 previous who advised order was cancelled when it actually was not. Her customer service was appalling, no apology very rude ,spoke with manager who seemed disinterested. I have to wait even longer for refund now . I will not go back to this store . Very disappointed

Professional installation service for new hob
Currys gave me a really smooth installation service for my new electric hob. They were the only provider who would do what I wanted which was remove my gas hob and replace with an electric one in a single visit (there was of course a fee for this).
On other providers would only replace like for like i.e. gas for gas.
Their website enabled me to get a better idea of the timeslot the day before delivery. The man then phoned me on the day to tell me he was on his way. This was really great customer service.

Supposed to be delivered on Saturday
Supposed to be delivered on Saturday. Spent all day from 7.45am onwards waiting for it. Got a text saying it would be delivered before 1745. At 1705 got another one saying the driver had 'missed me'- strange since no-one approached the door or rang the bell.
Same again next day- sat up from 7.45am and finally delivered at 1720.
