We bought a laptop to run Cricut. The lady who helped us, Fizz, couldn't have been more helpful. Unfortunately the Cricut programme would not run on what we had bought. We took it back and there was no trouble whatsoever in exchanging it. Excellent customer service.
Firstly the guys arrived on time. They took great care removing our old oven & bringing the new oven in - as we have a very narrow galley kitchen it wasnt an easy task. They were so polite and friendly, and worked VERY quickly and tidily - even having to do some minor alteration to the site of the oven without any grumbling. They are a credit to Currys and my husband and I were very impressed. Thank you :)
I placed an order online, and it didn’t show yet you’ve taken the money so I had to ring and speak to an agent who told me to place the order again and then when I went into the account there was two orders identical. I rang back and then I was told that they would send me a link which I received four times and each time I completed the cancellation. Then I was inundated with emails to say that both the orders were being sent to me even though I’ve spoke to numerous agents to say that they had cancelled the order. Then when I rang back, I was told that when the Courier delivers both the orders refused one of them and then they would issue me a refund. I have contacted Currys and gone over and over again giving information and each time I’ve been given different advice on trying to get a refund to the point where now I am going to raise this with consumer rights I am Neurodivergent and I have had to keep going over everything numerous times. It’s very distressing and I’ve had the calls ended on me. I’ve been reading online reviews about Customer Service service and it is absolutely diabolical. All the Advice given by the agents has left me in financial hardship now because you’ve taken payments after the Advice given to refuse one of the duplicated items. I am still without a refund no correspondence and each time a ring I am getting the runaround being told I have to wait 14 days even though I have an email confirmation from the Courier with a tracking of that going back to the manufacturers. Nobody has helped.
