Kofi helped me on the day I returned to buy the laptops, he was helpful taking on where Archie had left off, really helpful and polite, made buying of products easy. Left curry's Taunton branch feeling really good but couldn't quite understand why kept getting items added we didn't want we purchased a screen off the shelf of which I don't think any one should packing up the tv by the shop took about 45 mins so when got home and unpacked we spotted a deep scratch , coulldnt take back till next day as shop had shut so i called the customer service number first thing rang 6 times as each time i got cut off told to call a different number
when we took item back to shop the manager inspected an d said they couldn't see the scratch i wear glasses and I could see it with my rubbish eye sight I lost it with this manager as he made me feel like I was lying worst ever experience received don't buy from them as there was several people in the shop returning damaged TV's recently bought didn't even get a sorry sales man was also very random

I ordered an item to be delivered for…
I ordered an item to be delivered for Friday, had the email to say it arrived so I went to collect it. Was then told a box was missing from delivery and it wasn’t there and should be there following lunchtime. Tried calling to confirm it had arrived and was told it wasn’t possible to speak to anyone at branch, and it shows on the system it is delivered to store. I asked for the person on the phone to confirm when that was updated, and he said Friday. So I explained that was when I was told it wasn’t there and I didn’t want to travel to store and waste another journey if it still wasn’t there. Was told they can’t speak to anyone at store, and I have to go to store to find out. Online chat then said it would arrive in next 24 hours. Explained this was too late and just want to cancel and refund - was told to wait for a collection email. I explained the service hasn’t been fulfilled and I don’t want to waste anymore time chasing it- eventually got put through to escalations and started speaking to someone called Tracy. Then as she was looking into it the whole conversation crashed and I can’t get through to anyone now. Absolute shambles. Still don’t have my product, or refund and have spent at least 3 hours travelling to store and speaking on phone, chatting to agents and still cannot get a simple refund. Won’t ever be using Currys again- very poor service and no faith in what you are told or confidence in fulfilling orders
