Paid £163 for a failed repair, Withheld property
Paid £163 for a failed repair, store downgraded my PC power supply from 750W to 500W, withheld my brand new 750W Amazon PSU, and handed me someone else's old degraded 500W part instead on collection.

Fast and efficient service.
Ordered on line picked up two days later and recycled some electronics while there. The staff are helpful and polite and it was a quick pick up and go . . very nice experience all round.

Fantastic 5 star service!
Visited Curry's at Teesside Park looking for an integrated double oven and microwave. It was a minefield and we were unsure what we needed.
We were approached by a lovely young lady called Soumayyah, asking if we needed her help.
She was truly amazing, she knew literally everything about integrated appliances and helped us choose. She explained the differences and got us a great deal.
We can't thank her enough, she is a credit to the store and they are very lucky to have her. Absolutely 5☆ service.

Not sure I should have had to check?
Bought a new iPad. Asked for blue, when we got home it was silver. Also left the iPad for data transfer from old device. Came back after an hour as requested, the iPad hadn't even been worked on and it took staff ages to find out what was going on. Sent us away again and called me when it was ready. Having been made to wait twice, I didn't even think to check that the device in the box was blue. Really disappointed.
