Your staff are none existent
Your staff are none existent. Sat looking at computer screens , chatting between themselves. Looking after clients who are looking at the really expensive stuff. I went to stand in full view of two staff one never looked up from the computer. The other looked at me then kept running after lady looking at expensive fridges. Though she didn’t purchase one.
In the end I interrupted the person on the computer. They were very nice and helpful and polite and helped me purchase my new vacuum cleaner.
I dread coming to curry’s. It’s getting worse every time I have to purchase something.
No body cares it’s looks like the staff don’t want to be there and they certainly don’t want to serve customers.
I shall go elsewhere next time. I can’t cope with it anymore.

Absolutely shocking delivery
Absolutely shocking delivery, they refused to bring my 140kg fridge from our gate into our house. There were no safety issues at all. We had to struggle with it ourselves. They left us with all the cardboard and we had paid for recycling.
I have phoned 3 times now and each time I was promised a call back from a manager within 24 hours and this has not happened.
It is really difficult to get through on the phone and there is no email address.
Another issue prior to buying this particular model, we were looking at a different cheaper model but was told it needed to be plumbed in, even though it said not on the description. A few days later when we went back to the store, a lady told us it definitely didn't need plumbing and the previous male needs some training as he had advised us wrong.
The cheaper version we originally wanted was no longer in stock.
Please phone me like promised Currys!

Elliott was our Customer Services Adviser today at Curry’s in Wakefield and he made our experience seamless. He was friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. Great value and excellent service
