Very happy with how everything went and turned out. Customer service is excellent as well! Just from this experience I’d most definitely buy from fitment industries or custom offsets again! Also Steve is the goat

I am a 100% disabled vet that served my country in the United States Army for two decades with multiple tours in the Middle East… since retiring due to service related injuries in Combat, I’ve tried to make things in my life, especially for my wife and her vehicle less stressful. I say all this because I pride myself as a husband and making sure my wife is in a new vehicle with the safest tires when driving. I just recently bought a 2026 Honda pilot black edition. I’ve ordered wheels and tire tires a few times from custom offsets. I’ve never had any issues. This time I talked to Derek and explain to him that I did not want to have to worry about anything so please make sure the wheels and tires are mounted and balance with correct TPMS sensors. He assured me that everything would be taken care of. Fast-forward a week or so when I receive the wheels… I’m mounting them on my wife’s vehicle torque them to spec, and proceeded to take it on a test drive so that the TPMS sensors would calibrate with the vehicle, which was unsuccessful. I called custom offsets attempting to reach Derek, but was transferred to another associate (male, but I can’t remember his name). This associate told me that I need to drive at least 250 miles at a speed of over 25 mph, this associate also stated that if it did not calibrate, I could take it to any tire shop and have them calibrated it, and send them the invoice which they would gladly cover to make it right . So the next weekend I drove the car from Missouri to Iowa and back. Which satisfies 250 mile radius and the speed of 25 mph. Still the TPMS sensors could not be read. Next, I drove to two different tire shops and attempted to calibrate the TPMS sensors. Both shops could not get the sensors to read. I went ahead and scheduled an appointment with Honda and took the vehicle an hour and a half drive there and back to try and get the TPMS sensors to be learned and calibrated Honda specifically tried not only Honda’s computers, but the universal computer meant for the exact model of sensors I was provided… none of the computers were able to calibrate the sensors to the vehicle. They printed out an invoice stating everything that was done, and told me they could order new sensors and do the install for me for $279. I told them that would be the best option, and my plan was to contact custom offset to show them the bill to get it taken care of. The next day I called custom offsets, and explained everything to Nicole. She told me that they were unwilling to pay for the sensors as they would never tell me to go through the dealership… I explained to her that I went through two different tire shops then the dealership showing that I went over and beyond to try and rectify the situation. Nicole then told me that she’s going to take this up to the TPMS sensor Office to see what they wanted to do. Vicki then called me back later in the day to tell me that they were going to send me a learning tool with the hopes that I can reprogram it myself. I informed Nicole that my time was valuable and I needed my wife’s car on the road as she works every single day. I paid for mounting bouncing wheels, tires, and working TPMS sensors, which is not what I received. I also stated that the relearning tool would not be effective in making the TPMS sensors read with the vehicle as it was already attempted at multiple tire stations. I requested a refund of the $179 that they charge me for TPMS sensors, and that they reimburse me for the TPMS sensors that were installed at the dealership. I was not happy with her response as it seemed very unprofessional as she laughed and said why would we refund you and pay for the invoice? I told her that it is just bad business that I did not get what I paid for, and that my time is valuable as I would have to wait an additional week to receive the relearning tool, and then attempt to do something that was already attempted by professionals… Nicole then replied that they would reimburse me the $179 but would not pay for the invoice. So not only did they charge me $179 for TPMS sensors (I looked up the actual sensor they sold me, and obviously the markup was almost 100% profit for them), but had me forking up an additional $279 to have working sensors, not to mention the multiple hours of driving we all know what gas prices look like now…. I informed Nicole that I would be making a review and never doing business with them again which she replied with “ok well I’ll get the refund for your $179 started.”

I just received an email (COINCIDENTALLY after I submitted this review) that they were refunding me $184… I am not happy unless I get refunded for whatever it takes to make it right!

Absolutely love the wheel and tire package I got from Custom Offsets for my Inferno Toyota Tacoma. The DX Terrain bronze rims look amazing and match the truck perfectly. The Gladiator tires ride smooth, handle great, and give the truck a much more aggressive look without sacrificing comfort.

Everything fit perfectly right out of the box with no issues at all. The quality is top notch, shipping was a tad slow compared to promised delivery date , and the whole process was easy from start to finish. I’ve already gotten a ton of compliments on the setup.

These are nice and polite people, the customer service is awful. I specified thatI was ordering the wheels and tires for a 1970 C1500 and even told them the center caps would be different. When they arrived with the wrong center caps. I called and talked to them and they said they would take care of it. They didn't, what they actually did was mail me the wrong set two more times. I called them and gave them the part number and even showed them an EBay auction. They said that I should buy them and they would pay for half. I told them that they were the ones that sold the package and needed to make this right, not half right. They agreed and said they would get them ordered. They didn't do that either. A week later I called them to see where the center caps were and was told that they didn't follow up on it but they would take care of it. They didn't. I called them back a week after that I called back and they told me the part didn't exist. Mind you this was after I gave them the part number and even showed them where to purchase them. They told me to order it and they would cover half of it. Weak sauce, no thanks. I will not be doing business with them again.

Had a problem was my fault and they solved it. Great customer service and great product.

Custom Offsets are great. They have a variety of choices for wheels and tires! I love the package deal, the tires come ready to put on my truck, balanced and all! I give them extra props for sticky weights, in my opinion it’s the only way to go. I won’t bother getting my tires or wheels from anywhere else. Customer for life.

I made a call and ordered a set of rims and they were shipped that day and received them in 3 days and they were in perfect shape and looks good on my truck. Customer service was great.

Ordered the tires and tires came very quickly great price and variety of tires and rims if you’re looking to get into the rims and tires combo great company would recommend 100%

Had some problems with some backordered lights. Justin got a hold of me from service and gave me some products to choose from to replace it. He was all over it. I really appreciate the service. Great job. I will recommend.

Finding what I needed was quick and easy to order with no problem and shipping was fast.

Custom offsets makes finding and buying tires and wheels absolutley easy even for a tire and wheel buying novice like me. Their recommendations for my specific vehicle and huge database of customer photos for tons of examples of offsets/tire sizes/ lifts and levels made it very simple of what to go with. 10/10 would recommend and use them again!
