Ordered 5 lots of fabric but out of the 5 two are completely different colours as described on website . Emailed company but no acknowledgement or response to message - no answer company phone number not available to contact company - poor customer service

Order took 10 days. Didn’t hear from the company to say item had been dispatched. The wadding is a mix of thin poor quality stuff, some with a blue stitch line through it and some cardboard like stuff none of it any good for quilting. Certainly not worth £30 says it’s reduced from, glad I only paid £10 for it.

The fabric is of high quality and to have it delivered to my door is amazing thank you

Very poor service. I have been waiting for almost three weeks for my fabric. I have sent several emails requesting an update, none of which has been answered.
I’m questioning whether the website is in fact a scam!
They don’t exist on Companies House and the address listed on their website, when entered into Google, came up with a completely different fabric company! I will be reporting to Trading Standards tomorrow as the company has not replied to my emails, has not delivered my order or issued a refund.

Ordering was easy.. the package was delivered within a week. I haven't yet used the iron on fusible fleece but it looks & feels of a good quality.

Pleased with the quality and colours of material bought. Only took a few days for parcel to arrive. Would use company again

Very pleased with my fabric and Cut Price Fabrics were extremely helpful when Evri messed up the delivery. They offered me a refund on the fabric when it was realised Evri had delivered to the wrong address and that the packaging was damaged. When I opened the parcel the fabric was not damaged so I didn't need a refund.

Good discription of your fabrics. Gives me confidence to purchase more in future. Delivery was also quick , I love Evri service too .

Very happy with my fabrics and the prices are just fantastic.

Sorry but I didnt like the material that was sent, Some of it I can use to line some bags but the rest is so flimsy its hard to say what I can use it for.

Material delivered by Evri. Delivery and material are excellent. Only one small complaint. I would have liked the material wrapped in a double bag just in case the outer bag got damaged.

The first time I have been disappointed with my order. Only one of the fabrics was as expected, the other four were not the colours I was hoping for. They were a lot duller/darker than the pictures on the ordering page.

Really pleased with my order of a peach coloured chiffon with pearls - so glam! and the perfect shade - just as the listing - to compliment some earlier fabric bought from Cut Price Fabrics.
Great price too - what more could you ask for??
