The customer service offered by CycleSolutions was excellent.

I have called the team and they made everything simple and straight forward process. I managed to get my new bike via partner shop within a week from applying, just in time for Christmas.

Amazing delivery service and amazing customer service. The bike box collapsed and the delivery driver had to carry it and made it safely to the garden. Unfortunately the reflector had broke but not because of the delivery driver

Excellent service throughout from start to finish also was given advice how to self maintain moving components on a weekly to monthly basis

Super helpful staff, really polite and helped me order correct size and spec I wanted bike for. Corrected me on item I ordered that was incorrect for the bike, coming pre assembled is an excellent perk too. Really pleased!

My experience of using Cycle Solutions was on the whole good after initially rejecting the quote I received from a partner store due to a lack of detail, the fault might have been with the store

Very poor that you can’t return clothing using hygiene as an excuse. I am stuck with £120 bib tights that are too small and can’t be returned when a hygiene strip or the like could be used as many other shops do. Buy elsewhere is my advise.

I got a quote from Manufacturer direct including delivery, submitted the order to CS who processed it within 2 days. Excellent service but delivery costs included in the quote will be removed from your voucher. Also be aware that the additional 15% discount is only available for bikes ordered from their list not from a shop, it does state that clearly but I forgot about it when the agreement came through.

So far so good. I've not used the bike yet .
But it looks great and good quality.
My only criticism is that cycle solutions review there delivery contract.
I left instructions on my door to leave in the garage as I only work 5 minutes away.
The delivery company did not contact me when to say it had been delivered or a courtesy call that they were nearby.
Thankfully it was in the garage .
I hope tomorrow the bike rides as good as it looks.
Used the bike 13/12. It's great ! 🙂
