Firstly, I wouldn't even give 1 star for this.
I have never experienced such an unprofessional response from an employee, company. I am having to ring up daily to get some kind of response to hit and run claim. The last attempt to call resulted in no answer but received an email straight away indicating I am being avoided. Working in a professional business myself, I am shocked at the customer service I am receiving which is very little - if anything. I suggest avoiding unless you want an endless amount of your time on the phone trying to get an answer and a hell of amount of unnecessary stress.

Complaints procedure online is poor guidance, I've resorted to Linkedin and the Ombudsman, but taken so much of my time for an incident that happened to my by someone else who has admitted liability and just wants to sort it out. These guys are from the dark ages!

A Tesco driver recently drove into the back of my car (he then pulled forward and reversed into it again for good measure), Tesco have passed this on to DAC Beachcroft who have been absolutely appalling. I've made several calls to which I get fobbed off with "someone will call you back urgently" and I've also sent emails which have been ignored.
My car is still damaged but I will make sure that Tesco pay for it and if I have to call these cowboys every day then I will, I might get somewhere before I die.
You only have to look at the other reviews on here to see just how badly run this joke of a law firm is. They don't care about the stress or money it costs the little guy, and it shows in the lack of engagement or empathy.

Beware of this bunch of malpractising lawyers. On the 13th of March 2024, a driver from ASDA drove over my drive and damaged a slab. The slab was also disturbed meaning it now moves when you walk on it and eventually I will have to replace it and secure it.
I immediately confronted the driver and recorded the conversation. I reported the accident to an ASDA manager who told me not to worry. The accident was logged in and the police were informed.
The driver never gave me his name, He apologised in the video but his excuse was that he had to turn somewhere.
The driver was delivering to my neighbour. I live in a cul de sac and there was no need to come up to my drive to turn as there is plenty of space before my neighbour's house to do that. So at this point, I never ordered anything from ASDA but I got a damaged drive anyway.
A few days later, a nice lady from DAC Beachcroft called. She asked me for the details of the accident. She asked for a copy of the ring doorbell camera which I provided. Unfortunately, the video was only 20 seconds and it did not catch the driver going over the slab.
After a week of not hearing anything I called ASDA in FARNBOROUGH where I spoke to a manager about it. I was told that they would call me the next day. The next day I spoke to another manager. He was extremely vile and he told me that his driver had not gone over my slab, accused me of lying and treating me like a piece of s....
I kept every recorded conversation with these people so in case they deny this, I can actually prove it.
I went back to DAC Beachcroft, and this is where it became interesting. I was first told that the driver was denying it. I was then offered £50. After two days I was offered £100. I called someone to assess the damage and I was quoted much more than that.
A week later I was told they would send a company to repair it. The company appointed was TBRN in Liverpool.
They never came but a week later I received an email. In the email, they were denying all charges. They had attached a picture of Google and in their opinion, the damage was there before. The only damage in the picture is the wood around the slab. You cannot really see any damage in the picture because is out of focus. They insisted the slab was damaged prior to the accident and did not consider at all that now the slab is clicking when someone is walking over it.
I tried to speak to these so-called lawyers who denied to be lawyers many times when I asked them.
They said TBRN assessed the damage and told them it was from before. Nobody came to my house to check the damage. The damage was assessed from an old picture in Google where you cannot see anything as it is out of focus.
They have now closed the case and refused to pay. I am in the process of taking them to the legal ombudsman. Please beware if you deal with them. They do play dirty, they do not respond to emails, they ask for evidence but they never provided me with the recording from the van. ASDA van has 4 cameras that record everything. I was denied that footage.
UPDATE:
They have now sent the video from the van and it is clear the driver drove on top of my drive. Unfortunately, they still maintain that the drive was damaged before. I know it was not but I am tired of fighting and I accepted £100 as compensation. I had to choose between my health and sanity or fighting a long battle in court which was going to take all my energy away. I hope nobody goes through what I went through.

If Experian refuse to comply with my legal rights granted by The High Court of London that issued a Grant of Probate, the Financial Conduct Authority that provides the regulation that protects me as a consumer from falsely alleged debts along with granting my ability to have a Notice Of Correction statement placed on my credit file, thatâs further protected by the Information Commissionerâs Office with being able to access ALL information held by a business about myself; but yet they all appear to be inept at enforcing the rules they all claim to exist!
As Experianâs Legal Directorâs details can be obtained from public records such as Companies House (Company Numbers 02359431, 03720393 & 01714446), the Solicitors Regulation Authority register (SRA Number 71087), and these can be cross-referenced with Land Registry Office plus the Local Electoral Authority within the UK. Therefore if Experianâs Legal Director is more than happy to abuse a faulty & failing system that should be protecting UK consumers, then if he suddenly becomes emasculated by my publication of how awful Experianâs employeeâs act, then Iâm willing to oblige.
Owen Newcombe as a paralegal needed to understand that Experian has willingly allowed ScottishPower to publish a false default on my credit file and that this was made known to Experian when they first published the false data. Experian has actually confirmed receipt of the Notice Of Correction statement as below;
ScottishPower initially created a parallel account in December 2013 in my Dadâs name, even though he was a deceased Cancer patient, this is part of a flawed IT upgrade. My Mum the property owner was a terminal Cancer patient who started participating on Clinical Cancer Drug Trials during September 2014. In June 2015 the Lasting Power of Attorneyâs were formally registered with the Office of the Public Guardian.
ScottishPower didnât send any paperwork until February 2016, some 26 months after starting the parallel account on the property. ScottishPower refused to document & fix the errors I advised them about during the whole of 2016 along with refusing to register the LPA. My Mum died in the Pilgrims Hospice, Ashford on 19th March 2017. Even in late 2018 ScottishPower were still REFUSING to deal with the substantial complaint and the associated errors it had been advised about over nearly three years.
ScottishPower has failed to comply with UK Law, the rules & regulations set out by OFGEM plus failed to engage in open & honest communications since the error originally came to light.
ScottishPower has decided to register a default on MY credit file because Iâm the Executor Of The Estate.
⢠Experian have never been able to explain what part of my NOC was defamatory, frivolous or inaccurate since the submission way back in 2020.
Experian has failed to provide a full Data Subject Access Request as they have completely failed to provide the documents between Experian & ScottishPower since the NOC statement was submitted.
Whilst ScottishPower generated multiple false accounts for the property and initiated the criminal offence under The Theft Act 1968 Section 17 False Accounting, as Experian failed to follow FCA policy & procedures then paragraph 2 of the fore mentioned act meant Experian committed a criminal offence just by being ignorant.
DAC Beachcroft solicitors should have advised Experian to encourage its own client ScottishPower to resolve the ongoing dispute rather than for Experian to continue with dishonest & deceitful behaviour. Does this now mean DAC Beachcroft is complicit by attempting to conceal the facts of these companies failures?

Offer made, no payment forthcoming
This firm is handling a claim I have ongoing through pet insurance. It was started a year ago. In September they finally sent me an offer which I accepted.. I sent my bank details. Since then I have tried emailing and phoning over and over again and nobody ever gets back to me to explain why I haven't been paid. Has anyone tried the ombudsman?

Appalling!................................DAC Beachcroft are responsible for dealing with a property damage claim I have with Tesco, caused by a Tesco driver. Tesco accepted liability for the damage last July 2023.
Since that time, I have been continuously stonewalled by DAC Beachcroft; 7 months later I am still awaiting agreement on materials, amount of repairs, and start date. I am concerned now that the laissez-faire attitude of DAC Beachcroft could result in the buyer of my property, part of which was damaged by Tesco, withdrawing from the sale. I can see from the majority of other reviews posted here, that DAC Beachcroft never respond. Why?

They are not worth one star, one of the rubbish company I ever seen it. The solicitor instead help they cheating with their client and dealing with third parties company.

Their Legal motor claim service is an absolute joke. I was told (not my choice) they would be making a claim against a customer of mine for damage to my van on their private land. They have strung me along since 2019 with this claim, Phone call or email every 6 months if i was lucky. They changed paralegal twice so no continuity, despite their incompetence and snail paced progress we were offered 50/50 settlement by my customers insurers 9 months ago!. THEY advised me to refuse as i had a good case and it should go to small claims court, as they had enough evidence for a legitimate claim.
DAC this week dropped the case as they now no longer felt they could win despite nothing new coming to light they did not already know. They do absolutely nothing for the premium you pay them and gathered no evidence from the third party despite it all being available to them. Dont be fooled these companies are as bad as ambulance chasers. Long had my doubts about legal protection services on vehicle insurance policies and this has confirmed to me what a con they are. These people are supposed to be legal experts but who drops a case after turning down 50/50 settlement ?

Firstly the person put in charge was out of the office for 2 weeks and so I was given the run around and when I finally made contact he was the most isensetive arrogant human you would ever want to communicate with.

Those guys had insured a 10% of the value of an apartment (of plan purchase) i purchased. The total value of the apartment was 130K GBP (including a deposit of 5k).
The construction was never finished and the DACbeachcroft had to pay.
To my surprise, they decided that they didnt wanted to pay the deposit, even if it was part of the purchase price.
Furthermore, they subtracted the whole 5k from the calculated 10%.
What was supposed to be 13K ended up being 8K.
Special thanks to NATASHA MARSHAL. She kept trying to justify the scam and saying that she was defending the interests of her client. Definitely a good employee.

What an absolute joke of a company. Admiral Insurance should be ashamed of themselves for farming claims out to these cowboys to deal with. The sad truth is, though, that Admiral doesn't care, I've told them that DAC Beachcroft is outright lying to me about the claim, withholding essential information, and don't care if it's progressed or not, and Admiral just keeps backing them up, and insisting they are the best people for the job! Pathetic!

Horrible firm who changes staff every 2 minutes so your case will be hopelessly compromised from the get go. I never appointed them.My insurance company made that mistake. They milked and milked a fake phony claim my insurance company had received and for many many years stringing me along disrupting my life before days before the trial their latest genius solicitor more or less forced me to plead guilty for no reason. Whoever said only the lawyers ( and their ambulance chasing customers) win were right.

Unprofessional
Trying to sort out a no-fault insurance claim with their client Asda from 25th October 2021.
One of their home delivery vans ploughed in to my parked van & trailer writing both off leaving my livelihood in tatters.
They do not respond to emails or phone messages, and they donât respond to complaints either!
They do have a very cheerful receptionist.

The longitude of time to process these applications and the fact that these solicitors are getting paid a fortune by the tax payer to take as much time and money as possible for as long as possible. No humility, understanding, cohesion, timeframe, answers with such a delicate and intricate matter to assess one would think that these people were professional. That was not a joke as are the people I describe....
