Excellent service from Dack Motor Group
My Jaguar XJ developed a red warning light saying "Exaust Filter Blocked Contact Dealership."
I phoned Duckworth Jaguar who said they would carry out a regen and it only takes an half hour and would be £96.
After half an hour I was told it hadn't fixed the problem and it needed a new throttle flap and a new DPF that would cost me £3115.70.
I still had to pay the £96 and asked if this would be discounted from the £3115.70 but no offer for that was forthcoming.
I could not believe the price, as the car has done less than 29,000 miles.
I took my car to Dack Motor Group in Lincoln, whom fixed it for £476 and this included a oil change and new oil filter. I have just collected it and it drives perfectly.
To say I'm very dissapointed with Duckworth's is an understatement. However, Dack on the other hand saved the day and I would highly recommend them.

Car stopped abruptly
Car stopped abruptly, I immediately suspected fuel pump. It stopped just outside Dack garage so they moved it to their garage. The receptionist was adamant that it was not the fuel pump and wanted to charge £120 for further diagnostics and suggested a compression test. This was after they'd sent a video showing the vehicle starting. When I asked if they could simply check the fuel pumps, they refused to do any other work. Had to get AA to recover to another garage. AA confirmed it was the fuel pump within 3 minutes and started the car with a fuel additive. Terrible service, the receptionist refused to listen and was rude.

We're sorry our Coventry branch couldn't help on this occasion. We really wanted to, we even sent the technicians from the workshop down the road to push your car to our site.
Our process, like most garages is that we have to carry out tests prior to recommending a repair - this is for both safety and quality reasons - This is where the investigation/ diagnostics charge has come from.
If we didn't do these tests we may carry out an unnecessary repair, leaving you out of pocket and the car in no better state. It seems that this time you unfortunately didn't wish to go ahead with this.
In the end we are glad your car was sorted and that the AA could help. We know you have visited us a couple of times before so we really hope we can help in future.

Van Oil Leak - Fantastic Service
Excellent service from start to finish. Following discovering an extensive oil leak on my van I struggled to get in at any garage. I called Dack and they managed to fit me in the same day, complete all diagnostics and repair work in 2 days. Molly was an absolute star. Highly recommend to anyone.

Excellent work and customer service
When I called regarding having some work completed on my car, Dack were the only garage to ask questions and it’s transpired I had been misinformed from other garages. Excellent customer service from the initial phone call to picking up my car. Work carried out to a high standard and my car was cleaned professionally too! I will be recommending and returning to Dack! I was so grateful for their help!

Fabulous service.
I have been taking my car to Dack for years for MOTs and service and thier service of picking your car up and dropping back it fabulous.
