I had a transconjunctival lower blepharoplasty with Tessa Fayers. From the start she was very clear at managing my expectations and explaining the outcomes of the surgery. She raised some important points like making sure removal was conservative to avoid hollowing which gave me confidence. The procedure was extremely smooth and I am really pleased with the initial result! Tessa is clearly a very skilled surgeon and I feel my result looks extremely natural and very carefully done. I would 100% recommend the clinic and Tessa as all the staff were excellent and the experience was great. Thank you so much!

Surgery for puffy lower eyebags. Very good experience. Professional and honest throughout. Contact with clinic in run up to surgery was excellent. Tessa provided an honest assessment of what results could realistically be achieved.

Regarding my experience having had a UNILATERAL PTOSIS CORRECTION procedure with Dr. Tessa Fayers on 05/12/2025.

It's now 7 months post surgery and I have been hesitant to leave a negative review because for the most part, my experience was pleasant with the clinic, the staff were friendly and very accommodating.

Immediately post-surgery I confided in my partner that I was disappointed with the results because my eye looked exactly the same as it did pre-surgery, he suggested I should wait for the swelling to go down and after 7 months the drooping unfortunately hasn't improved at all as even my ophthalmologist noted when I brought it up.

It's incredibly disheartening to save up the money and confidence for a procedure to correct something you've been self conscious of for years only to come away with nothing to show for it, the drooping is still just as severe meaning the very noticeable asymmetry I had hoped to lessen is still very much apparent.

It seems other people have had a much better experience with the clinic so maybe my situation was just a massive outlier but I needed to get this off my chest as it's been incredibly distressing to say the least.

I have had two cheek filler dissolving sessions with Arnaud and I'm beyond grateful to him for restoring my face to it's baseline. I had become very depressed with my overfilled face but was petrified of going through with dissolving due to reading so many frightening stories on the internet. I was truely traumatised. Arnaud used a low dose because I was so nervous and at the second session, he used ultrasound to determine how much filler remained. I was relieved to learn there wasn't much left and that he felt I would only need that second session and that should be enough. I'm happy to say he was right and I'm back to normal. I can highly recommend the Ezra clinic for anyone who has had a bad filler experience and is nervous about dissolving. I'm so relieved to see myself again.

I recently had surgery for Ptosis repair and upper lid Blepharoplasty under the care of Ms Tessa Fayers. Following the Ptosis repair, their was still a little loose skin on one eyelid, so she booked me in and fixed it beautifully on 11th June.
She is such a talented and personable Surgeon and her attention to detail is remarkable.
I followed her instructions and 2 weeks later nobody can believe how good it looks.
I suffer from Blepharospasm and have my medical Botox with Ms Fayers too, she is so gentle and spends time making sure she injects the best place for me and not just the usual places. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

I highly recommend Dr. Arnaud Potvin! He is an exceptionally professional, patient, and deeply caring surgeon. During our consultations, he spent a lot of time thoroughly explaining my condition, offering multiple options and solutions, and clearly outlining the pros and cons of each choice.

As someone who is extremely terrified of pain, I was incredibly nervous before the surgery. However, Dr. Arnaud Potvin and his wonderful team were so professional that the entire process went seamlessly and perfectly—completely exceeding my expectations. When I woke up after the procedure, I genuinely couldn't believe it was already over! I was so astonished that I actually asked two different nurses, "Is the surgery really finished?"

Dr. Potvin’s surgical skills are truly masterful, and the ptosis correction surgery was a massive success! Best of all, I experienced absolutely no pain after the surgery. My recovery has been incredibly fast, and the final result is even better than I had ever anticipated.

Ms Tessa Fayers is a brilliant clinician - exceptionally knowledgeable, skilful, and empathetic. My hemifacial spasm has been really well managed under her care, and the whole team at the Ezra Clinic are attentive and efficient. Thank you all for fantastic care!

We are so grateful to Professor Daniel Ezra and his wonderful team for the care my partner (Melina) received during an ultrasound-guided filler dissolving treatment (under the eyes due to a filler migration). From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely listened to, reassured and in very safe hands. Professor Ezra was kind, calm and incredibly thorough. He explained everything clearly, showed great care in assessing the area with ultrasound (spotted immediately the filler), and made sure we understood each step and advising us on the ‘after’ treatment results. What stood out most was how thoughtful and precise he was, with a real focus on understanding the patient and how to deal with the psychology not just the pathology. Although at the end we decided not to proceed with the filler dissolving. Instead, we decided for a milder approach with microneedling, Topilase cream treatment and possible RF. We followed up with Nurse Jo (12/06/2026) who was exceptional with Melina and looked after her from the first minute. We now have a plan of action! Overall, we left feeling relieved, confident and very well cared for. I would wholeheartedly recommend Professor Ezra to anyone who is anxious about filler concerns and looking for expert, compassionate care.

I am full of praise for Nurse Jo Neagu at the Ezra Clinic and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is the best practitioner of facial aesthetics that I have ever experienced and the results she obtains are natural and always really excellent. I would never go anywhere else for facial aesthetic procedures other than to see Jo. She is professional, honest, caring, kind and completely trustworthy. Also her post treatment care is wonderful, as she is always ready to give advice and answer questions.

I've been seeing Nurse Jo for nearly two years now, and she has made me a lifelong client. She is honest and doesn’t try to sell you unnecessary treatments. I appreciate her natural, minimalistic results.

Being in my early 40s I wasn’t sure if I would be suitable for blepheroplasty treatment, everyone kept telling me I was “too young” so I wanted to go to somwhere reputable who would be really honest with me. I was highly recommended by a well known private doctor and one of my patients (I’m a dentist) to book a consultation with The Ezra Clinic. At my initial consultation with Mr. Daniel Ezra, my treatment options were made crystal clear to me and the clinic arranged for surgery very quickly afterwards (within a month of my consultation). I was also given a second consultation with Mr Ezra and a chance to speak with the anaesthetist, Dr Raval, directly - who also took the time to explain his part of the treatment to me. All of this helped put my mind at ease and I walked into my surgery day with almost no queries or concerns at all. I only expected a small change, my upper eyelids were dropping and I had volume loss around my lower eyes.

However, to say this procedure changed my life is an understatement. My eyes are completely refreshed, I look 10 years younger and I’ve got my self confidence back- yet the results are so natural and I look completely like myself. The Ezra clinic have an amazing team, from their treatment coordinator Karen all the way to the surgical nurses (thank you Patricia and Jasmine) and obviously the amazing Mr Ezra. He took so much time to speak to me and address all of my concerns, was very honest about what can be achieved, and has followed me up post operatviely (along with the amazing nurse Jo, who I could contact 24/7 via WhatsApp) with utmost care. Again as a clinician myself, I was so impressed with minimal amount of discomfort afterwards and the neatness of the incision lines (which now, only 6 weeks post procedure, the scars are almost undetectable). It takes me 5 minutes to do my makeup now, I hardly have to wear any concealer! None of my friends or colleagues have been able to tell what I’ve had done but everyone has been commenting on how well I look. I’m so glad I went with The Ezra Clinic and feel so lucky that I was recommend such an incredible surgeon. If I could give 6 stars I really would.

I had my upper lid blepharoplasty with Dr Arnaud Potvin and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From my very first consultation, he was incredibly kind, gentle, and reassuring, making me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process.

I had such an amazing experience getting Botox with Jo. I was really nervous after a bad experience elsewhere but from the moment I arrived she made me feel completely at ease. Her knowledge of facial anatomy is exceptional and she took so much time to explain everything with such kindness and patience, never making me feel rushed or pressured in any way.
