Daryl Flood Moving & Storage レビュー 

For some reason this time moving with DF has more difficult as it relates to getting questions answered and the requests followed-up on. We have had to follow-up up multiple times on requests and with everything going on, having to follow-up is a burden, time consuming and frustrating. This new for DF as in the past they have always exceeded in customer support/service. Hopefully this is not a trend or a result of seasonality or too much growth, etc.

Excellent experience with this company.

Our movers were average, but when items were moved in we discovered damage. We are still waiting to see what the movers will cover 3 months latter. Phone calls and e mails don't seem to work. Speed of move in led to many problems that took almost a month to solve. Once you have paid and your items arrive, good luck getting any help!

Both crews were excellent. Efficient, courteous.
We were very pleased with everything so far.

Jorge and his crew arrived on time and worked extremely hard all day. They were helpful and courteous. Everything was packed carefully. The truck was packed in a very efficient manner.

We have moved 19 times with 17 of those with the U.S. Army.
Daryl Flood team we had were the very best.
We were concerned because of several bad moves,
WOW!! Flood folks are the best we've seen and had.

We had a great group of guys moving our furniture. The driver was Jimmy. I am sorry I cannot remember the other three guys, but they were great. Polite, hard working and conscientious. I would recommend Mayflower and especially the team we had.

We relocated from Texas and our belongings were stored for 1 month. On the day of the move, it was raining and we had just had the hardwood floors refinished 2 days prior. The entire crew were extremely careful to not drag things across the floors, placed furniture carefully and constantly clarified where we wanted things placed.
At lunch, the head guy checked in with me to see how I thought things were going and if there were any complaints or things that needed his attention...the the chief from home base arrived and wanted to make certain all was well. I could not be happier with the entire experience. One item was broken and the head guy immediately brought it to my attention. Best crew in KC area!! They made our move like we were family!!

This morning Steve Gonzales was so very helpful to me.
He was professional and attentive and patient as I described a problem I had with the installation of a dryer that I purchased from Home Depot in September of 2013. Mr. Gonzales realized it was not your (Daryl Flood) installation, but was kind enough to allow me to send him a picture of the installation that is clearly a FIRE HAZZARD and coach me as to how to proceed to get this problem fixed.
I want you to know that others like me realize that you are lucky to have such a find person on your team.
Local store employees where I had purchased the dryer had looked at my photo of the installation and agreed it was a problem but only gave me your 800 number and told me that I should call you. At no time did they take any responsibility for the installation problem.

I am thankful that I was able to reach Mr. Gonzales. He gave me the phone number for the corporate office for the retail store and the problem was resolved within days.
Thank you again for the help and wonderful attitude of Mr. Gonzales.

We have used Daryl Flood for our last four moves in the past 10 years. Every move has been a truly great experience for us. They treated our belongings as if they were their own, and with such respect and care. We can't say enough good things about Daryl Flood, their people and their commitment to helping make our move go as smoothly as possible. We would recommend Daryl Flood to ANYONE who is moving!

Don and Cindy Hoffman (our movers) were incredible! We have moved cross country several times and they were by far the nicest people we have dealt with during this stressful time.

We are schedule to relocate AGAIN next summer and we will ask for and hopefully get, to work with Don and Cindy on that move to Texas.

It has been quite some time since my last move and I must say, from the initial walk through to the unload Daryl Flood and Mayflower were awesome! Great staff and crews. Very informative and forthcoming with answers to all of our questions.

Pablo and his team were extremely professional, showing up on time and ready to work, quickly and efficiently. They made sure the floors and doorways were covered for protection, paid close attention to the ceiling heights and narrow hallways to avoid damage, worked well as a team and hauled away all packing materials and boxes. Once they assembled all the furniture including the bed frames, they helped with the unpacking of the remaining boxes. They were friendly, polite and easy to work with.

Marcia G., the coordinator we worked with throughout the moving process, started her email and telephone dialogue with us, beginning with the shipment originating in Perth, Western Australia and following through all the way through customs clearance in Houston, Texas. She kept us advised of status and worked closely with us on the scheduling and all the requirements to have a hassle free experience.

Great driver. Efficient crew on both ends of move. Feel very comfortable referring to others.

The service provided was great. Friendly and knowledgeable personnel. Leroy the driver was fantastic, although he could improve on communicating expected arrival times a bit. I don't really know why a move coordinator was used, she was fine, but I didn't see the need for her.

Thank you for all your help! Adrian and his crew were amazing. So fast and professional, and very careful with my things. I will definitely recommend you to anyone I know who is moving!

The experience was good. The workers were professional and courteous. It was a good experience. Jodie did an outstanding job following up and working with me.

The move with Mayflower was excellent, highly recommend. Jodi did an excellent job with estimating our move, her inventory list was the best of the 5 companies we interviewed. Candice kept us informed throughout our move on the progress. Greg our driver was caring and hired excellent crews both in Texas and in Illinois. Greg was in contact with us and he delivered our furniture on our designated delivery date. Every box was accounted for and believe it or not, not one item broken. I have nothing but good things to say about the whole experience and would recommend Mayflower in a heartbeat. Job well done Mayflower. I'd use you again, but I really don't want to make another move.

The price was excellent and the movers were even better. I've moved more than a dozen times in the last 40 years and this is the only move I've ever had without damage. I would definitely recommend Daryl Flood Relocation and logistics to anyone.
