I purchased x2 Amori Bracelets for friends as gifts. The lovely lady on the phone advised me which were the best sellers and helped me choose based on my criteria ( which was abit long lol ) They came packaged in gift boxes! Highly recommend Thanks Again!

I ordered two necklaces from David Shuttle as anniversary gifts. When the box arrived, it was completely empty. I contacted customer services immediately and provided photographic evidence.

At their request, I packaged up the empty box and made it available for a DPD collection (which I had to stay in for the entire day). David Shuttle had the empty box back for nearly two weeks before I chased them again for an update.

They responded within an hour of my chase with a two-line email stating that "after investigation their systems confirmed the necklaces were sent out, and that the matter is now closed". No evidence, No acknowledgement of the returned parcel. No explanation of what was found inside it, and NO refund.

I have now raised a formal dispute with PayPal and reported the matter to Citizens Advice.

I ordered in good faith, supplied evidence, jumped through hoops to cooperate fully with their overly-complicated returns process, and was still refused a refund. Make of that what you will.

not a honest company, made a negative review on the link I was sent by David Shuttle site, and guess what, they took it down.

They are selling MOVA Globes, they cost circa £200 starting price, but these globes have an inherent problem, they leach liquid over a period of time and then look terrible. The company knows about this problem but does not tell unsuspecting customers.
When I returned the globe stating its fault they should have issued a full refund but it took multiple emails and threats before I got the remaining £10 refunded.

I was doing a search for a specific product and David Shuttle came up with the best price. I placed my order on Friday 30 January and received it today Saturday 31 January. It was packaged well as it was a fragile and delicate collectable. I would really recommend and will be purchasing from yourselves again in the future. Thank you for a pleasant shopping experience from the start to the end of the process. :)

Company run by crooks don't send out itium and don't issue you a refund avoid at all cost customer service none existent had to report this as a fraud to get my money back trough my bank

David Shuttle has exceptional customer service, Siobhan is a credit. She is both professional yet friendly, she recently helped me order my favourite Maison Berger when I was struggling with the website.

I ordered a particularly delicate and quite expensive (for me) SwarovskiChrystal item from David Shuttle which arrived the next day, aChristmas gift for my wife.
On arrival I inspected it and found it to be damaged so I was in the super glue or telephone situation. I opted for the telephone and was astonished at the helpfulness of the lady at the other end she had a replacement item with me in under 24 hours and the return item collected at 09.30 the next morning.
Customer Service now-a-days is not as good as it used to be but David Shuttle have raised it to a new level. I believe it’s not the original contact that tells you what the CS is like but what happens when something goes wrong. David Shuttles CS is undoubtably world class. They’d make a fortune if they set up a course.

Love this company everything comes next day and perfectly wrapped I Always check their website for stock before I go anywhere else . Great service !

Super happy with my purchase and the amazing service from Siobhan! I placed my order on Saturday morning and quickly decided I wanted my product in a smaller size so sent an email. The price difference was refunded on Monday morning and I received my order today. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again!

I love david suttle ordered from a couple of times now and never had items arrive so fast and in one piece! Excellent friendly service, very impressed! :)

Riedel glasses arrived broken. Poor communication on dispatch and shipping times. Customer service -sent an acknowledgement after being contacted regarding broken items but have failed to contact or communicate in anyway for 3 weeks since acknowledging. Emails not responded to. Telephone lines are unanswered and answering machines full so one can’t leave a message. I would not recommend the business.

Pleasantly surprised by this company, who I came across searching for a particular product from a jewellery brand. I hadn’t heard of them before but I called them just to check some info & was reassured.
The price point was great followed by very quick dispatch & delivery!
The item also came in the original branded boxing, which was nice.

Ordered a piece of Swarvoski, a beautiful Gazelle, it was wrapped up very well and packaged brilliantly also had a fragile sticker on it which helps the courier realise there is something breakable in the package, i have used DS many times to order crystal and never had a problem, thank you superb!!!

Made order for Swarovski caterpillar but my rewards was not working big thank you to Siobhan helped me sort it out on the phone ordered came next day it’s beautiful colours and very happy this store gives first class service items always very well packed for delivery

Tried 4 or 5 times to contact through several email addresses about a mistake with an order. Also used their online contact tool. Never got a response. Could have phoned them I guess but feel I shouldn't have to and there was a photo attached of their error. Don't mind the mistake with the order but customer service is lacking!
