I have been a loyal customer for several years now. The first time I came across your brand was during a visit to Norway, and I was immediately impressed by the unique style and high quality of your clothing.

Since then, I have regularly ordered your products and remain very satisfied with the overall experience — from the reliable delivery to the excellent quality and distinctive design of your clothes.

I recently placed an order worth €220 with Day Birger et Mikkelsen to be delivered in the Netherlands, well within the EU. However, I was shocked by the return costs I was forced to bear. I was charged an additional €21.10, even though I had already paid €15.80 out of my own pocket to return the parcel. In total, the return cost came to €36.90, nearly €40, for simply sending something back, which I find absolutely ridiculous and completely unacceptable.

This excessive charge is baffling, especially considering the order was placed within the European Union. I believe customers should not be penalized to such an extent for returning a product. This experience has left me extremely disappointed.

Wonderful experience

It cost £15 to post an item back to their depot in Denmark and on top of that they charge a return handling fee. So to return one dress it cost me £30. OUTRAGEOUS. I will never order from this company again.

**Best Pants in the World, Even for Curvier Sizes!**

Quick kvalitet

Jeg kunne ikke passe bukserne men det er jo ikke deres skyld. Til gengæld er det virkelig irriterende når man returnerer at man er nødt til at få printet et label ud. Alle andre steder kan man enten nøjes med at få scannet koden i butikken eller også er der et klistermærke med. Jeg måtte få nogle andre til at printe for mig da jeg ikke selv har en printer. Ellers gik det fint hurtigt med levering.
