From valuation to listing (so far) Dan, Gary, Alex have all been wonderful. Such a lovely friendly team. Gary is a hoot! I was nervous having somebody come and photograph the house as it is a personal project but Gary put me at ease and had me in stitches within seconds of opening the door. Engaged DB Roberts to sell a property, Communication was dreadful, in a 12 week period i was promised call backs on five separate occasions that just didn't happen. When I complained I was promised a manager would be my single point of contact going forward - guess what? She didnt return my call! Following an email complaint the staff chose not to phone me (as the complainant and main contact on the sale) instead opting to phone my 82 year old mother (the property owner). On another occasion I progress chased and was told they hadn't anything to report as they couldn't contact a recent viewer. I chased a week later to be told they'd spoken to them shortly after my previous call but they just hadnt bothered to update me. Generally made to feel unimportant and an inconvenience. Have now moved agents.

DB Roberts’s agents they’ve been nice, kind and respectful but the most important characteristic is that they are efficient, they move fast and get things done, and that’s a key factor when you want to sell our house!

I have a property which I purchased with a view to renting for a period while I spent some time overseas.
I agreed to use the Agent D B Roberts to let the property and keep me informed about people who would want to rent it.
This agent has performed an absolutely super job letting the apartment, vetting the client and getting necessary work done to keep the property up to date.
During approx 10 years the Senior Property Manager and the Head of Property Management have been excellent managers and provided me with a very efficient service, and kept me up to date with any problems advising on solutions then resolving all problems satisfactorily.
I am very pleased with the total service given over all these years.

Lisa and the team were able to arrange for us to view within less than 12 hours, got our property on the market in 24 hours, agreed a sale in 5 working days and negotiated our onwards purchase within 1 Day.

We have had support obtaining a mortgage and have been referred to a conveyancing firm who have completed initial paperwork immediately.

As far as selling and buying a property goes, we couldn't have had a better experience. Communication throughout has helped manage our expectations and reduced stress.
