Excellent service. Left clean, neat and tidy. Both members of staff were friendly and professional. Would have been 5 stars but the member of staff didn't have all the equipment needed at the first visit even after discussing it at booking stage. Would happily recommend and use again.

Let down by the shop that sold me the television and was in a bit of a mess. Phoned Digital Direct, very pleasant lady was very helpful with the problem, sent out engineer Andy within an hour and he was superb. Knew his job inside out, fixed my problem in a thoroughly professional way and was extremely knowledgeable- and a nice bloke as well. Highly recommended

Excellent service. Attended home promptly, even rang to offer an earlier date but didn’t suit me. Listened to my issue and then rectified it and offered extra advice which saved me extra spending. What was refreshing, lad told me what was wrong and it was a relatively simple fix, he could easily have gone down the route of upselling a new Ariel and bumping up the cost which I was actually resigned too having done before he arrived but, but no all sorted for a simple call out fee. Many thanks and keep it up, highly recommended

Needed a TV fitting to the wall. Digital Direct have brilliant staff who know what they are doing at a good price.
