After being without internet for five weeks and getting nowhere with Openreach, we ordered Starlink and arranged an installation with Digital Direct for the Friday.

Digital Direct contacted me on the Monday and, when I explained the difficulties we had been experiencing, they could not have been more helpful. They arranged for the installation to take place the following morning, which saved us a great deal of further disruption.

Ben, the engineer, arrived on time and was extremely helpful and professional. He not only installed the Starlink system but also set up the additional mesh system throughout the house. Within a couple of hours, we were fully up and running with internet speeds far quicker than we had previously experienced.

Really great service from start to finish. I would highly recommend Digital Direct.

Haven’t had such good service in years, rang the office and spoke to lovely lady explained in was for my 96 yr old MIL and she needed someone there for the visit she made the appointment for the next day, Richard turned up very professional looked at the job fixed it there and then, what more can I say but thank you

Jack was extremely helpful explaining what would entail to put the TV on the wall, also giving me a quote before he started the work, he was a very honest man. The service was excellent especially for the price paid and even found the solution of having the correct fittings to drill into the wall. I would recommend this company to anyone who requests work to be done by them as they keep you informed of all upcoming appointments. Above all an brilliant customer care service.

Great service! Rob was very professional, pleasant and helpful whilst executing this task. He went over and above what was expected, by clearing leaves and other debris from our guttering. We can highly recommend his services.

The engineer arrived promptly. We just wanted a terrestrial arial removed and it was quoted and removed with no fuss. The engineer was very courteous and friendly.

Andy was excellent. Fixed the issue quickly. Really friendly and professional. Lovely chap. All the staff on the phones were lovely as well. Great service all round. Would recommend.

THE RECEPTIONIST WAS VERY POLITE ON THE PHONE. RICHARD WAS ALSO VERY POLITE, PLUS HE TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN WHAT WAS NOT WORKING AND HOW HE COULD FIX IT. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE.
