I must say how impressed I have been with the service I received from your staff, and in particular James, both in relation to the servicing of my “vintage” watch and the progress of a very special watch that I had “registered an interest” in some five years ago.
This watch has always been particularly special to me. It represented the merging of my favourite watchmaker with her favourite jeweller, and when I first registered my interest, I was told that it might be withdrawn from the range after 12 months because the colour was a signature colour of a recognised jeweller.
I had hoped that one day I would be able to purchase it for my daughter. It is much more than simply a watch to me; it is something I hope will serve as a lasting reminder of me every time she looks at it, long after I have departed this world.
James had previously said that he would contact me before October, and true to his word, he contacted me on Friday to say that the watch had finally arrived. I arranged collection for the following day, and James also took the time to give me further guidance on what my daughter should be aware of when she receives it.
I am absolutely delighted that my wish has finally been fulfilled after five years, and I know my daughter will be both delighted and completely surprised when I present it to her later this week.
James, you and your colleagues are truly first class. Your service, attention to detail and the way you have handled this over such a long period have been greatly appreciated.

I left a review for Deacons earlier this year after my first experience with Mariah and James, and after having a few more experiences with the them since then, I wanted to add another one.
What I really love about Deacons is that the relationship doesn't change once you've made a purchase. James and Mariah have always been really easy to deal with, they remember what we've spoken about and actually listen to what I like rather than just telling me what's available :)
I've dealt with plenty of jewellers/ADs over the years and you can normally tell quite quickly when you're just another customer. I've never felt that way at Deacons. Even when something isn't straightforward, James and Mariah are always honest about it and will genuinely try to help.
I also really appreciate how welcoming everyone is when I visit. There's no pressure,just a nice place to go, have a chat and catch up with people who know you.
A big thank you to James and Mariah for everything you've done for me so far. Special thanks to Javed and Richard as well always a pleasure to see you and I really appreciate the invitations and the hospitality.
I originally went to Deacons because of the watches, but it's the people that have made me want to keep coming back.

I’d had ongoing issues with an online jeweller and had lost all faith in them. I found you online and popped in. Keira was amazing. She explained everything regarding my ring re-sizing and spent a while establishing my correct size. She was really knowledgeable and I didn’t feel rushed. On collecting my ring, which was perfect as a result of her help, I was really surprised to hear that she was relatively new to the company; she is very very good and a credit to your store.

I had a great experience with Dominic, I don’t know a great deal about watches and wanted one as a gift for my partner, he was very knowledgeable without being condescending, and was patient with me taking my time to make the decision..

The staff are always friendly and helpful. Recently the watchmaker carried out a timegraph exercise on my Tissot watch with amazing results.

From start to finish the team have been amazing!!! Alvilde chatting through my ideas and me trying to articulate what I was hoping for, turning my old jewellery into cost contribution, designing and then including me so we could refine the design together, the workshop team all beautifully crafting the final piece and then Alvilde being as excited as me with the outcome and me getting to wear it!! Such a wonderful experience and super grateful for the awesome team..

Deacon and Son Jewelers are foremost, an excellent jewelry company, which offer exceptional value for money, their items are competitively priced, beyond honest in opinion as to the value of an item, absolute TRUST and gemologists supreme! My family have been clients of Deacon’s for over twenty years now and albeit we have since moved far away from the Swindon area, we continue to have special jewelry designed and crafted by Deacon’s. We also continue to have Deacon’s service our fine jewelry, watches and precious antique clocks by the incredible Deacon’s. Their customer service is absolutely outstanding and leave you feeling totally elated, as a result. I cannot possibly recommend Deacon and Son Jewelers more highly.
