Absolutely terrible customer service. While I was still asking questions over the phone, the woman simply hung up on me. Her attitude had already been rude, dismissive and unprofessional throughout the conversation. I have never experienced such appalling customer service. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable behaviour. I would not recommend them.

Gareme was very helpful. He was willing to support me until the issue was resolved.

I spoke to Mike Gibson today, what a refreshing change to the man i spoke to on Saturday. Every positive comment i write about Mike Gibson please apply the opposite to Saturday man. Mike was polite, helpful and very professional and sorted the problem almost immediately.

Mike was extremely courteous throughout the call and was extremely helpful in bringing the case to a close.

I think I spoke with Mike Gibson today, he was helpful and polite, gave me the option to re set my payment plan that had failed, which was appreciated.

Mike Gibson listened carefully and quickly resolved the matter with competence, courtesy and kindness. There was no debt owed and he promptly cancelled the entry on the system, providing proof of the cancellation by email. He was profusely apologetic for the error, which I appreciated.
