The interface is very easy and very informative. Easy to attach any required types of Documents and very good for tracking e status of any claims.

Het is makkelijk in gebruik, overzichtelijk en duidelijk. Automatische foto's zijn ook fijn, het systeem vult alles in..... maar, controleer de datum van de bonnetjes want daar kunnen fouten optreden, misschien door een onduidelijke foto of zo maar het is mijn gebeurd. Datum handmatig aangepast. Werkt gewoon goed. Eerst je moet het doorhebben hoe het werkt daarna is het makkelijk

Declaree is a very handy and friendly application to declare costs. By taking a picture of a receipt which translates into filling out most of the required data is very handy indeed. Also to keep track of your declaration history!

I use Declaree for my credit card expenses. The app is easy to use, you take a picture of your receipt, the app scans the contents and puts it all in a digital expense. Once a month our finance team combines all our expenses in reports and you just need to check if you forgot to include any attachments. The whole process takes a few minutes per month, no more receipts, printouts, etc.

Declaree works very well and is easy to navigate. The updated version is noticeably smoother and more intuitive, making expense management faster and more organized. A reliable and efficient tool that keeps improving.

Ik al meer dan 4 weken bezig met het aanvragen van een downgrade ivmb de introductie van een HR pakket waarin we ook declaraties kunnen opvangen. Ik heb inmiddels 12 keer contact gezocht. Per email. Per telefoon. Ik ken er inmiddels verschillende mensen. En nog altijd geen inhoudelijke reactie. Het is verschrikkelijk.

Het is duidelijk. Maar je moet elke keer toch nadenken hoe je de declaratie indient (rapporten etc.).

Snelle app, makkelijk in gebruik. Op maat ingestelde koppeling met AccountView levert veel gemak en tijdwinst op.

De Declaree app voorziet geheel in onze behoefte aan een gemakkelijk, toegankelijk en easy to use declaratiesysteem. De medewerkers zijn behulpzaam, creatief en flexibel. Ze denken goed mee, nemen je mee in het hele implementatieproces en zijn snel en accuraat in hun antwoorden bij hulp. Ik ben zeer tevreden over hun product, diensten en service.

Werken met declaree gaat goed. We zijn tevreden. Maar contact met accountmanagers of eigenaren van Declaree kan beter. Ze nemen contact op om te willen afspreken of je een cadeautje geven ivm positieve referentie of nieuwe functionaliteiten presenteren maar daarna blijft het stil.

Advies: kom je afspraken na naar je klant.
