Not the experience that I have hoped for.
Unfortunately, while I had the VPN active I noticed a considerable decrease in my download speed. Also, it was not possible to bypass geolocation restrictions.
When I decided to stop my subscription through their website, every time I clicked on the "cancel" button I kept getting an error. I then tried to open a support ticket through their website but the link was dead. I sent them an email directly.
In order to be fair, I would like to clarify: Today I decided to write this review and to contact my bank in order to block any future charges. I realized that they did reply to my email though, after 7 days. So instead of 1 star, I give this company 2 stars.
Overall, my experience as a customer, as explained above, was not good and did not make me feel that this is a company that I can trust.

I would like to apologize for any errors or issues that you may have encountered during the cancellation process but can confirm that your initial cancellation request was successful and you were and will no longer billed for our service.
With regards to download speeds, many factors are at play such as time of day and how many customers are simultaneously connected to any of our multiple servers per city - this is something that we continue to work on as we expand! Nonetheless, we do apologize for not having met your expectations in download speed.
Having said this, I wish to invite you to continue using our service for an additional 6 Months as we will have multiple improvements and releases within that timeframe to meet and hopefully exceed your expectations. Ths additional 6 Months would be added to your account (reactivated) without charge. Further, I invite you to provide another review once the 6 Month period ends (November 16th, 2020).
