J’ai eu une expérience exceptionnelle avec DentaKademi à Maltepe, en Turquie. J’y ai réalisé des soins très importants, notamment des implants zygomatiques, et tout s’est déroulé de manière remarquable.

Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été reçue avec beaucoup de soin, de respect et de douceur. L’équipe médicale est formidable, extrêmement compétente et professionnelle. Les médecins sont très qualifiés, savent exactement ce qu’ils font et prennent le temps d’expliquer chaque étape des soins.

Mon intervention a été très lourde, nécessitant un passage au bloc opératoire de 3h30. Le suivi post-opératoire a été extraordinaire, avec une attention constante portée à mon bien-être et à ma récupération.

Un grand merci à Fadi, maître traducteur de la clinique, qui a été exceptionnel tout au long du processus. À l’écoute, prévenant et toujours disponible, il s’est assuré que tout se passe au mieux pour moi. Pour ceux qui ne parlent ni turc ni anglais, la clinique met à disposition des traducteurs professionnels, ce qui facilite énormément les échanges et permet de se sentir pleinement pris en charge.

Je tiens aussi à souligner le professionnalisme d’Abdallah, un autre responsable de la clinique, qui gère tout ce qui est rendez-vous des patients et devis des travaux à réaliser. Il est vraiment aux petits soins, très attentif à nos besoins et nous accueille toujours avec beaucoup de respect et de douceur. Abdallah est une véritable exception : avoir un membre comme lui dans une clinique est un immense avantage.

Je suis partie seule lors de ma première visite et, malgré cela, je me suis sentie en totale confiance du début à la fin. Cette clinique est reconnue mondialement, et fait partie des rares établissements dans le monde à posséder des certificats internationaux garantissant un haut niveau d’expertise et de sécurité.

Good day, It was in 2022.After the initial examination by the clinic professor, it was recommended to remove all the teeth and install 4 implants for the upper bridge and 6 implants for the lower bridge. I agreed. My case was complicated, since 24 teeth were removed at one time. And implants were installed. Everything went well. Almost painless. Then temporary bridges were installed, and after six months - permanent ones. I recommend this clinic for professionalism, quality, service.

This review aims to warn those seeking affordable treatment abroad about the negligence and horrible consequences of this clinic.
This clinic’s tactic is to rush you into deciding on their treatment plan which is more favourable for their pocket rather than your teeth. I would say that they are very unethical people.
I had perfectly functional, maybe not very aesthetic but healthy teeth, which they proposed to extract and make my jaw full of bridges to achieve an aesthetic smile. I stupidly agreed and I regret my decision every day. They extracted 7(!!!) healthy teeth and now I have 5 implants with a poorly fitted bridge on the left side.
After shaving my teeth, they gave me a temporary bridge which did not match the colour of my real teeth. I was shocked and frustrated as they never advised me I would be going about with such a horrible prosthesis in my mouth for more than 3 months, during which time I would be embarrassed to open my mouth in front of other people. All my complaints were ignored as they simply have no choice of colours to offer for such a temporary prosthesis. That was the 1st sign that I had trusted the wrong people to deal with my health.
After 3 months of feeling like a clown with terrible temporary teeth, Dr Ziya Seferli finally installed my permanent ones. Because of time constraints, I had to rush back home the next morning after they were installed, and on the plane, I noticed that I had a big gap under the bridge. I could not believe the Dr let me go to another country after surely seeing the result of his job. Shocking standards really.
On my arrival home, I sent my complaint about the gap and was offered the solution of returning to the clinic at their expense and they would change the bridge. I honestly did not want to go back to these people as they had shown their incompetence twice and I did not want to try my luck with them again.
Now, however, after almost 10 months have passed since the implant installation, I have noticed that my receding gum is showing the abatement of the implant right by the place where the bridge has a gap. It is not only a cosmetic defect, but it is painful to clean as well. I have contacted Abdullah and he advised that they will see me but they will not cover any expenses at all, despite the previous agreement.
So after all this traumatic experience and with the extra money I now have to find to fix their work, it will very likely cost me very as much as I would have paid in the UK.
When I said I would complain and disclose how negligent Dentakademi is I received the following warning from a representative of Abdullah: “if you are going to write something you will lose all your guarantees and no one in the clinic will touch your mouth”. This should serve to indicate to you that this clinic takes no responsibility whatsoever.
Dentakademi is proudly fooling people by using a Global Clinic Rating award. Please do your due diligence and check, as this boasted award is worth absolutely nothing.
The GCR aka Global Clinic Rating is a pay-to-play 'review' platform helping clinics artificially boost their marketing materials. GCR offers significantly out-of-date and/or misleading information about clinics. Trying to objectively evaluate clinics that they are not even associated with, or collecting data on, is laughable at best and fraudulent and misleading at worst.
Please check Trustpilot or any regional similar review platforms or even Google reviews and look at the lowest ratings first, as this is where you can learn about people’s genuine experiences, rather than fake ones, and how the clinic handles their critics. Some naïve people like me see the overall good rating hoping that the small number of negative reviews are everywhere and nothing bad will happen to them. Please think twice, especially foreign patients, as it will cost you much more to fix Dentakademi treatment if something goes wrong.
The majority of reviews on Google are fakes; you can tell that just by the number of reviews from the reviewer, which is usually 1 or 2. The marketing people of this clinic are working hard to create fake accounts and then give themselves 5-star reviews.

First, Abdullah is wonderful. He worked with me as I went through the process of making my decision for a full mouth all on 6 treatment. The results are beyond all expectations. I live on the west coast of the USA so it was quite a trip and worth it. Dr. Ziya Seferli is amazing, my teeth look so natural. A very kind and talented dentist.

Thank you Dentakademi for excellent service and professionalism. My mother, brother and both of my aunts got significant dental treatments. My mum suffered from a lot of pain and needed urgent repair on her teeth. We got a recommendation from a friend to reach out to Dentakademi, the reps were super helpful and gave us a lot of information. My mum got a number of implants and crowns as well as surgical interventions. And it has been 2 years now without any issues. She really happy with the service she got. She has no pain and smiles confidently now. After seeing how happy my mum was, my brother last year got some implants and roots. Best clinic for dental work you would ever want to visit for any dental issues. Expert dentists for best results. I have been there few times for differnt dental problems was treated perfectly.I've had root canals, implants and veneers. Reasonable price. Communication is made very easy and quick with two helpful and honest people Abdullah and Omar. I can recommend this clinic to anyone going to 🇹🇷 based on my experience. After years of sub-par dental service in the UK, the lack of appointment availability, the minimalist approach under NHS care i decided to go private. at this stage my teeth were not in a healthy state which was further compounded with covid and the lack of appointments and treatment. Private dental care in the UK was not possible due to cost of treatment and was simply unaffordable. This lead me to Dentakademi following my own research, client and industry reviews and recommendations.
My experience was satisfactory overall and cannot fault the care and attention which maintained a high standard.
I had a number of extractions, implants, sinus surgery amongst other procedures. total cost was a quarter of what it would have cost in the UK.
The international patient team organised everything on the ground from airport pick-up/drop-off, hotels and also appointment pick-up/drop-off.
Also got to explore and enjoy an amazing city, great food and fantastic weather.

Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été chaleureusement accueilli par l'équipe. En premier lieu une personne chaleureuse et rassurante, Fadi mon interprète incontournable pour franchir la barrière de la langue c’est la première personne à qui j’ai eu à faire et tout au long de mes deux séjours en novembre 2023 et mars 2024.
L’équipe a pris le temps de m'expliquer les différentes options de traitement possibles après un examen de densitométrie osseuse.
Le Dr Göker Taşkınsu a pratiqué la chirurgie d’extraction et l’implantologie pendant lesquelles je me suis senti en confiance et j'ai pu me détendre pendant le soin, qui s'est déroulé sans douleur.
Le Dr. Ziya Seferli a réalisé un travail si minutieux pour la partie prothèse que je n’ai même pas eu de période d’adaptation et que je me suis senti tout de suite très à l’aise.

I went to this clinic several times, making implants and visiting orthodontist. Basically, all doctors speak English, however, they provide anglophone and francophone translators which is great. All additional procedures, e.g. tests and x-rays were free. The clinic offered services and named price for each procedure, so you do not need to worry there is no junk fees, you pay for what they do and you know how much is it. People are nice there and I was quite content with them, thus I can recommend to visit them.

Excellent, professional, top notch service from start to finish. They have also followed up with me a year later. They really care about you.

I traveled from USA to Turkey and transportation to hotel and translator were all provided for.

I got jaw surgery and was very nervous about it because of possible pain and recovery. The surgery was pain free and recovery was very fast. They are very knowledgeable and know what they are doing. I would trust them again with next surgery.

Bonjour, je suis venue de France à la Dentakademi pour me faire poser 4 implants. Je suis enchantée du résultat. C'est un ami qui m'a conseillé d'aller dans cette clinique, étant également très satisfait. Cela peut paraître impressionnant de partir dans un pays que l'on ne connaît pas pour sa santé, les dents sont très sensibles. Mais j'ai toujours été accompagnée, rassurée par Fady en communication par Whatsapp, qui a répondu à toutes mes questions en français qu'il parle couramment ainsi que 5 autres langues, envoyé les devis par avance. Ils sont venus me chercher à l'aéroport et ramené. Fady m'a tout expliqué aussi sur le fonctionnement d'Istanbul pour que je puisse visiter à pied, taxi ou métro. L'équipe médicale est accueillante et professionnelle. Allez y sans crainte pour votre bien être. Leurs tarifs m'ont permis de retrouver la fonction vitale de pouvoir manger confortablement! Les habitants d'Istanbul sont aimables, serviables et paisibles et la ville est très agréable Profitez en pour y partir en vacances en joignant l'utile et l'agréable.
