Good advice. Excellent, communicative staff. Puctual,tidy, informative engineer who was polite and respectful. I am a returning customer. Previous adaptations here in Dec 2015.

Excellent service provided as usual fitting the hand controls and steering ball. We have had controls from here before and the first class standard has been maintained.

Dropped car off for alteration to be done the following day but they found the time to sort it there and then

A Des Gosling engineer called to collect my wheelchair, took it to the Toyota dealership supplying my new car. He fitted the new hoist into the car and returened the wheelchair.

I was shown the fittings at the shop the fitting was spot on Iwas given a price to fit but the price had gone up without keeping me informed between being shown at the shop and fitting i would like to have been kept up with things to judge my budget

Excellent quality fitting of my left foot accelerator for my Mercedes c250d - brilliant specification that in no way distracts from the vehicles prestigious appearance - super communication- & easy fitting on my driveway- quick & efficient- very comfortable driving superb

Your company have a range of products that are well designed, constructed and your staff are very pleasant and skillful

No matter who I spoke to, the staff were all polite and helpful. They were also very knowledgeable about the products and services that they provide, which may sound strange but it's amazing how many companies that have staff who don't know or understand the product or information they are providing to a potential customer.

Well the Scooter was not as I asked it to be fitted but got in touch with office they contracted the fitter he was not far away so came back to show room and refined it all good been with DG for some years now no problems with the company.

Treated us with respect and dignity explained everything there was to know

Lifting/lowering motor assembly has a heavy grinding sound in use(manufacturing fault but was acceptable to the installers)Scooter does not clear the bumper(jib arm fitted too short). Wires showing on electrical connectors,no heat shrunk shrouding.Strap to secure the scooter was anchored off the rear headrest,not the actual isofix cargo tie down points.

In 2021 I had some mobility equipment fitted In my motability car,
Des Gosling Ltd carried out the work they explained how to put a claim in for a motability grant they even helped fill my forms out, so from the day of the assessment I was treated with the utmost respect from the work men to the office staff any questions I had they explained fully in a manor I understood.
On the day I collected my new car from my vauxhall dealership in Leicester a member of Des Gosling Ltd team was there, a very nice gentleman who explained how to use the hoist they had fitted he was fantastic.
Thanks to Des Gosling they have made my disabilities and my life a lot easier.

The reason for late review is that I have had many lengthy hospital admissions

I am 39 years old and have been talking to adaption companies and charities since I was 16 to try to figure out how I could drive without it costing the earth, as I don't qualify for Motability. I had quotes ranging from £25k to anything up to £50k for what was needed, and customer service ranging from poor to downright insulting. I had given up until I won the lottery.

Then my wife found an article about a young lady who'd been given adaptions by this company and the adaptions looked very similar to what I had envisaged (as opposed to the adaptions I was being told were necessary). So we contacted them and within a few weeks of that first contact our car had adaptations that worked for me and cost a fraction of the costs I'd previously been quoted, despite living 200 miles from the Des Gosling office. Not only that but every bit as important (maybe more so) we realised this was an adaptions company that genuinely want to help, genuinely want to listen, and treat their customers with friendliness and respect - from the people who answer calls through to the people building the adaptions.

I learned and passed my test and have now been driving for a few months. It has been life changing.

I have been back to Des Gosling for tweaks to my adaptions and they've been as brilliant each time as they were first time round.
