It was by far the nicest and smoothest car buying experience ever. Scott, from Des Gosling fitted the adaptions for me. Was brilliant in talking me through the adaptions, measuring up and listening to my concerns. This is the first time I have had a car with adaptions due to my disability and I couldn’t have asked for a better team/company to look after me. Thank you Scott and thank you Des Gosling

Can't fault these. I've been having adaptions from Des Gosling for the past 5-6 years. On Monday 27th June. I had to get a bracket fixed on my new power wheelchair. Scott was assigned to sort it out and I cannot fault the service he did. He went more than beyond to get exactly what I needed and I'd highly recommend Des Gosling going forward. Top notch service!

From the initial phone call about possibly of fitting a wheelchair hoist in our new car, to the fitting day and training we were treated with respect, understanding and courtesy. Having now used the hoist a number of times we can report it is of top quality and have faith that we have bought well. We are happy to recommend Des Gosling Mobility.

My hoist developed a loose bolt, called Des Gosling’s who arrived the next afternoon and repaired the faulty bolt in minutes.

I found a product that I needed which Des supplied and fitted. The product was a crossover indicator stalk made with lightweight materials; something I had been looking for over the past 15 years. I lived 2 hours away from the site. Having exchanged emails with Des regarding this product he kindly supplied me with one. It came well packed with full instructions. It was easy to fit despite me having to do it one handed. It is lightweight and far better than the old product I had been using for about 30 years. I would certainly recommend this company and the equipment.

We have been Motability customers for years, but never needed to consider a boot hoist until now. Our needs at this time are fairly unique and the wonderful team at Des Gosling have been so patient and helpful in responding to countless enquiries from us.
