Thank you so much for your 4-star review! I’m really glad to hear you enjoyed our selection—the White Gold Fassamano glasses are such a unique, iconic piece of Italian design, and I’m happy they caught your eye.

I also want to sincerely thank you for your feedback regarding the extra costs. I completely understand how frustrating it can be to receive an unexpected bill from a courier. Just to clarify, as we ship directly from Italy, those additional charges from FedEx are import duties and local taxes set by the US government. Unfortunately, these are completely out of our control and don’t go to Design Italy, but are handled by customs.

At Design Italy, our main goal is to make sure our customers are happy with both their products and their experience. I’m sorry that this part of the international shipping process was a bit of a headache, but I truly hope that every time you wear your new Fassamano, you feel the quality and art behind them!
