Lamentamos mucho el cargo inesperado durante su prueba gratuita. Definitivamente no es lo que deseamos para nuestros clientes. A veces, las pruebas requieren ingresar la información de pago por adelantado y, si no se cancelan a tiempo, podría generarse un cargo. ¿Podría compartir los datos de su cuenta o su número de pedido?
