Was booked in for a video survey 2023-09-27 at 13:00 UTC+01:00. for a new boiler and we wanted an extra radiator fitted. We spent 2 hrs waiting for them to come but they did not turn up. No one bothered to mail us to say they were not coming. Been having nothing but problems with central heating engineers. It seems that this company don't deserve the positive reviews. Anyway they have lost our business and if we get our way they will lose a lot more.

Just had a new combi boiler fitted & our old boiler/tank etc removed. DHS were fab from start to finish. Liam & Tom did an excellent job and were always polite & mindful of our home environment. They made sure we fully understood the new controls before they left. Highly recommended and very competitively priced too! Thank you again.

I highly recommend Devon Heating Services. They supplied and fitted my new Worcester Bosch boiler at a very competitive price with a ten year Worcester parts and labour guarantee, how confident is that? The engineer was polite, efficient and very helpful when explaining the thermostat controls. I was very impressed how quickly DHS replaced my defunct boiler, responding within a couple of days to my initial enquiry, very helpful, knowledgeable team of engineers.

I want to express my strong recommendation for Devon Heating Services. The team was professional, efficient, and punctual. They were knowledgeable and patient, addressing all my inquiries. Overall, a fantastic experience.

Excellent friendly team worked hard and were very respectful, leaving the house clean and tidy. The boiler installation covering some 23 radiators on three floors together with the hot water system and was completed in good time without mishap. Would definitely recommend them.

From the moment Liam (I think it was ) came out to have a look at my boiler, I thought they seemed like a decent legit company. He even tried to get a temporary fix on my
Boiler so I could get some hot water, sadly the
Boiler was having none of that , having been previously
Let down by another engineer (different company). I had a quote within a couple of
Hours and then I had it installed the following week. Both the guys who fitted it (Tom and Kelvin ?) where both really nice chaps, very clean and tidy workers, also very quiet , and efficient. The boiler settings were explained to me in detail (much fancier boiler then previous ), and I was left all the manuals and told what would happen next .

We had used DHS before for a boiler repair, but this was an urgent call following a boiler explosion! From the first call with Leeanne, we were kept informed and felt listened to, and amazingly a replacement boiler was installed only two days later. The fitter, Tom, kept us informed throughout the morning of what was happening, and was meticulous in his work. Everything was tested, and cleaned, and options given regarding ongoing support. Absolutely nothing to fault, and would highly recommend. And the cost was extremely reasonable as well!

From the very start I felt informed as to what I was purchasing with guidance on size required for my home
I was offered a number of choices to suit budget
I opted for a Worcester Bosch Greenstar 4000 with a ten year guarantee
Jay turned up as promised at 8:30, he was very polite and professional
Tidied and hoovered up as he progressed, left the place spotless

Needed to replace an old fashioned back boiler; I contacted Devon Heating Services and spoke to Matt who did a survey of the house and installation by WhatsApp video. He immediately explained what work would be necessary and was able to give me a firm quotation that was acceptable. I was able to book an appointment for the boiler installation within a few weeks.
On the day Tom and Jay turned up and immediately got to work, later in the day John arrived to provide additional support as some additional challenges had been unearthed. The three of them returned the next day and then Tom and Dave returned on the third day to complete the installation.
I was very impressed by their professionalism and ability to resolve any problems that arose in a quick and efficient manner. What was most noticeable was that I didn't really notice that they were around as they worked quietly and cleared up any mess that was created so well that there was nothing for me to clear up at the end of each day. When they finished they re-instated all decorations such that I needed to do nothing to them.
Very pleased with all of the work carried out, so much so that I have signed up Devon Heating Services to carry out the annual boiler service and also service of a gas fire.
An excellent company that I will thoroughly recommend to everyone.

Devon Heating were brilliant! From the initial visit by John and quote queries dealt with by Liam/Leeanne to the installation by Tom, Kelvin & John the whole experience has been amazing. They were professional, informative, tidy and polite - they made a stressful, unexpected boiler replacement very easy. Thank you! Would not hesitate to recommend.

I asked Liam for a quote on a new boiler. To my pleasant surprise he had his colleague Matt send a quote over in approx. 1 hour. They strike me as a very "up together" company and confirm that they appear to be the kind of ethical people that I prefer to do business with. We never placed an order as it only needed a small part that another more local chap who overlapped with them, visited us and replaced the only offending component without any trouble.

From the start the Company kept me well informed. Liam done a video call consultation and straight away was able to use his expertise to give me an accurate quote with plenty of information of how the process would work. Liam and Tom worked hard over two days, fully ripping out an old back boiler and replacing it with a brand new combination. Throughout they were professional and diligent, leaving everything hoovered and tidy once they had finished the work. 100% recommend using this local Company.

Professional, tidy, quick, at a great price. We had a boiler fitted, all done in one day. The plumber Liam was really great, friendly, polite, tidy, respectful, hard working - I can't think of a better experience and couldn't ask for more. The boiler (an Ideal) is great, very quiet and smaller than our last one, and with really flexible on line controls. I will recommend Devon Heating Services to anyone who asks.

From start to finish a real professional outfit . John and his team of installers took less than 1/2 a day to replace my 30 year old boiler, re jig all the pipework and get the whole system up and running with the excellent Hive controller. Excellent communciation with the office team and a great quote intially means why would you go anywhere else ! Superb.

Contacted Devon heating after being let down by another contractor. Everything was explained to me and I was advised about the best boiler for my needs. The lads came on time and did a fantastic job, clearing up after themselves and took all the old boiler and components with them . All the information about the system was clearly explained to me and was signed off.
Will definitely recommend them to friends and family as they were superb.

I took some time to research online for a new boiler and reputable installers, looking not only for the right price but also a company that was both professional and reliable. I saw that Devon Heating had received good ratings and feedback on TP so I decided to get a quote. What came back was very reasonable and from that moment on, the service I received from the initial enquiry to installation was spot on! Our installers (Liam & Tom) arrived on the day and were very friendly and competent. They very cleverly resolved an unexpected problem regarding the positioning of the old condenser / overflow pipe and made it much better than it was before. They kept their work area tidy, cleaned up and took everything to do with the old boiler away. We had great communication with the Office Manager, Leeanne, throughout the whole process and she has also been very helpful post installation with regards to my queries about the servicing plans on offer. All in all I would highly recommend them and even more so with them being a privately owned local company. Thank you Devon Heating, we are thrilled with our new boiler!!

Phone calls are answered promptly and dealt with efficiently by friendly lady. John the engineer arrived at time promised, nice friendly person and did an excellent job and gave explanation of how to use new equipment.
