Helpful lady that helped us with our sofa purchase!

Elouise was a very helpful assistant when we choose and ordered our furniture

We had a really good experience today. No salespersons pushing to ‘help’ you but instead a knowledgable salesperson who helped when asked. We felt valued as a customer.

We received excellent service at DFS. We went to the store already knowing what style we liked and the customer representative was able to go into excellent detail in how to care for our new sofa. He explained the lead times and answered all the questions we had.

The assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful. The process was very easy and smooth.

The adviser was great explained everything told us about the insurance which we were happy to take after having a full conversation on what’s covered happy with the whole experience

Very pleasant experience today. We went in to the store to look as some sofas we'd seen online, we had no intention of buying anything today; just to browse. We ended up purchasing a totally different style and something we would not have gone for normally.
The salesperson 'Ben' was knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
We did not feel pressured at all.
It's a shame the store is closing as it's the personal touch that matters to the customer.

Visited DFS was allowed to take the swatches home to colour match.
Was given the normal sales spiel
But thankfully no hard sell.
Ordered within 10 minutes looking forward to the delivery of a new sofa within 14 weeks

Eloise Adams was Brilliant, great customer service and so helpful and went out of her way to make sure my sofa was perfect

Lucas was so pleasant and welcoming and so helpful and friendly! My first time buying a new sofa and he made it so easy and quick!!

Very good service from the staff at Southampton it is just a shame that the lead times are very long for delivery.

Very helpful but not pushy. About 5 minutes after entering store a member of staff asked if we were ok and did we need help. We explained we were looking and trying the sofas, he just said give him a shout if we needed help with anything and carried on with his paperwork. It was so refreshing to be able to just sit and try without somebody following you around. When we were ready we found Ben’ and asked for his help and advise. He sat down with us explaining the merits of the 3 different sofas, and the service and products they can provide. We decided on the one we wanted and everything went smoothly after that.
Not once did we feel under any pressure to hurry or buy any of the sofas.
All in all a positive and relaxing experience.

We were helped by both Eloise and Ben at the Basingstoke branch. They were both extremely patient (we had two small children in tow) and very informative about the products and what would suit our needs. The store was very busy, but they managed to keep their smiles and keep everyone happy. We came with a sofa in mind, and although it was not available to view in store, Eloise helped us to get a feel for it and how it suited us as a family. Overall we were extremely happy with the experience.

We found a sofa that we liked at a price we liked. Ben was extremely helpful without being pushy.

We had a good experience looking for a sofa. We checked few sofas and when we were happy with one of them we asked one of the advisor for extra information.
She was pleased to help and friendly.
They have good offers currently and there were beautiful sofas.

They were short staffed but very aware of who needed help, very helpful and friendly staff. purchase was quick and easy A+++++
