Good selection of sofas and the service was exceptional.

My husband and myself were very happy with the purchasing of our sofas. Eloise was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. Everything was explained about any extras. We look forward to having them in our home.

Very pleased with our visit to the Basingstoke store. The lady who sold us our sofa was nice and very helpful EMJAY was very professional and friendly. She could have sold us more (IF WE ONLY HAD THE ROOM 🤣🤣)

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Went in looking, came out spending. Was looked after brilliantly from start to finish. All questions answered with no niff naff by Issy. She explained everything in detail and nothing was too much trouble for her. Soooo happy with my purchase.

Isabelle assisted us in choosing a sofa that was right for us and our life style. She made the paperwork easy to go through and managed any concerns we had at the time.

We have been provided sufficient details about the purchase including protection plan. Also the adviser provided us enough opportunity to test and feel the sofa.
