Was greeted when we walked in. The young man was very polite and very professional listen when I asked him questions. Was convenient in what he was explaining to me about the settee I chose considering he hadn’t being there long I was impressed. I’m not easily impressed well done to the young man Saqib would highly recommend him

The sales advisor made the whole experience great from the beginning. He thought of absolutely everything and was so helpful. Extremely nice guy who is very good at his job and the reason we purchased today

I like to go into a store, make my decision and leave. That’s is exactly what happened. No one hovering over me or pressure. I then approached the sales assistant, I said I want that sofa, in this colour and I would like finance. No fuss or long waiting time. I even got a cup of coffee.

I had an amazing experience at DFS in Beckton, and I want to give a special mention to Izzath, our sales advisor. He was incredibly helpful, kind, welcoming, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in.

He was really easy to speak to and answered every single query we had with patience and professionalism. Anything we were looking for, he gave us honest advice and helped guide us properly without making us feel pressured at all.

Honestly, I’ve never experienced such excellent customer service before. The way we were treated by Izzath was outstanding, and he is a real credit to DFS. Thank you for making the whole experience smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free!

Good customer service explains well in detail

The brand the name and the worth of DFS has completely vanished. Ordered sofas in January 2026, being ex-display one set came end of January but the drivers ripped them from 6 different parts. Manager came and said they can repair but would take 5-6months!!! Still waiting as it was even my fault ! I paid £2700 for this disaster. They kept on promising but just delaying and in return just offered £70, which still not given. Another sofa was ordered at same time, a brand new one, which again was delivered way after the date been told by store manager. At the time of ordering the manager just forcefully made us leave good reviews but for what? Anyways, despite the new one sofa arriving late, that one too had issued as they had to dismantle it but didn’t have equipment to fix it. Now again waiting for them to come and fix it. DFS never again and highly recommend never to go with them.

I am really happy with the actual quality of the products I received; the furniture looks great and feels well-made. However, the experience from purchase to delivery was very disappointing.

I encountered several issues that took the shine off the purchase:

- My furniture arrived without the power cable, and the cleaning kit I paid for was missing entirely.

- I ordered chairs that were supposed to arrive on a specific agreed-upon date. Instead, they arrived two weeks late.

While the product and the initial sales service were good, the delivery logistics and attention to detail regarding accessories need a lot of improvement. I’d recommend DFS for the furniture itself, but be prepared for potential stress regarding your delivery date and missing parts.
