He was very knowledgeable about the sofas that I was interested in. I would definitely recommend Beckton store.

Great service by moinul at beckton branch, he knew all the answers and was very polite and courteous and very knowlowledge.

The customer service was great, staff explained and also recommended additional items that are also important.

Salman was very helpful. He took his time to understand our needs and made good recommendations. Very pleased with the service we got from start to finish. DFS is always my go to place for furniture. Never disappointed.

Noah was pleasant to talk to. Not pushing me to buy but allowed me to find a piece i like first then discuss the terms.

The member of staff that was dealing with our enquiry was incredibly knowledgeable on the products, friendly, complimentary and very helpful with our sofa buying needs.

The overall experience was beamamused by a colleague when I visited firstly in the evening off 18.06.26 at around 4pm to 6 pm by a member of staff who was saying and asking me repeatedly that If I have had an reviews of my finances done prior to coming to DFS show room beackton the decision to go back on the 19th after my sister was with me and we decided to go ahead with the offers by an wonderful managers off DFS personally I'm overwhelmd by the customers services sales person, but knowing that I have a options to go and get my items is welcomed by me d.ahmed and my sister.

Very helpful staff and knowledgeable

The customer service was very poor. I waited more than 4 1/2 hour. It was me my wife a three years boy. He was very hungry after he started to cry.
End of the day the result was finance did not go through. On my view, if you ask me, I think you need to sharpen your stuff
1. The hospitality was excellent
2. Customer service was excellent
3. But after all the paperwork done leaving the customer waiting for hours do you think it is appropriate yet?
In my opinion, what the customer need is no wasting time time is precious. I think you need to reshuffle the stuff, then it is totally up to you thanks. Kind regards.

The staff was really helpful and explained everything. Good customer service

Mustak was a tremendous help! Despite it being very busy for a Sunday he was able to help my mother and I review various bed options and even went out of his way to double checked measurements and mechanics to ensure we were comfortable with our final bed choice.

He was very thorough, kind and a big big help in making the experience feel less daunting because let’s face it furniture shopping can be a huge expense and you don’t want to get anything wrong.
