Went to the Birmingham branch , staff approached us very quickly. Brilliant customer service, helped us find the perfect sofa. Visit was a 10/10

We had an excellent experience at DFS thanks to our sales representative. She provided exceptional customer service from start to finish, going above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for. She was knowledgeable, patient, and gave us all the information we needed without ever being pushy or making us feel pressured into making a decision.

It was such a pleasant and relaxed experience, which made choosing our furniture so much easier. We really hope this high level of service continues throughout the rest of our order.

Based on our experience so far, I would definitely recommend DFS to anyone looking for great products backed by outstanding customer service. Thank you for making the whole process enjoyable!

The reception was lovely, the lady that attended to us was superb.

Summer greeted us with a lovely smile when we arrived . She was knowledgeable about the products, the various fabrics and how to look after them. Summer made herself discreetly available without pressurising us into making any decisions and patiently answering any questions and queries.
Her demeanour is sunny, very pleasant and warm, which reflects her name! A first class service Summer.

Delivery men fast and efficient done the job so quick we’ll happy would not hesitate to use again.

Jimmy did an amazing job looking my after us and ensuring we understood exactly what we were buying and that it was right for us. From greeting us into the store to the purchase it was a great service.

We attended the Birmingham branch. Sandra was extremely helpful and patient, especially as we had our 5 year old with us. We were only disappointed we couldn't come back to complete the purchase through Sandra. Summah and Anwar were great. We got to the store at 7.30pm and they were patient and helpful in completing the purchase for us. It was quick and easy and we're looking forward to having our 3rd DFS sofas in our home. The range and styles are varied and suited to a wide range of customers.
