Friendly and knowledgeable staff

Friendly staff, very knowledgeable

My whole experience was great. Sweeda Azam listened carefully to what my requirements were and expertly showed me a range of options that fitted. Then she brought me a coffee and gave me time to test them all out and make my decision. She knew the products really well and was able to explain differences between the options that I could choose.
She was very personable and professional which is a great combination. I am much happy with a salesperson who gives you all the options and gives you time and space to decide. No pressure.
I left the store very happy with my sofa and the service I received. I had been quite stressed looking at sofas on line and I can highly recommend going to a DFS store to see them for real and try them out.

Great first impression on walking in. Our small Frenchie was welcomed with open arms while we were given a surprisingly good coffee. Both the manager and the lovely Persian girl (Laila?) were extremely helpful and not only sold us a £1500 sofa but also pointed out the amazing insurance policy. A lovely sales experience and great service.

Really great experience! All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. Sweeda looked after us and guided us through everything step by step. As first-time sofa buyers, we really appreciated how thorough they were - everything was considered, from choosing the right material and the colour of the feet to checking how the sofa is delivered to make sure we’ll be able to get it into our new place. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The staff were very helpful and nothing seemed to be an issue probably the best service I've had at a dfs store.

Very bad customer service! Told that I could order the cushions to the store if I went to the store. Went all the way to the store was told I couldn’t. Called the customer service back they said it’s store discretion. £20 to deliver 2 cushions is just crazy! And the fact I’m being told 2 different answers and made a trip there wasting my time! Also I have now ordered yet no email of confirmation??? Shocking! Glad my sofa is from next at least as Dfs service is appalling!!
