Very helpful young man explaining all the details I needed

We were left alone to wander around which is what we like, but when we wanted to know anything they were very knowledgeable. The other great thing was, we looked on the Sunday and the furniture was delivered in less than a week. Very impressed

John in Cribbs was very helpful. Ordered with a 11 week delivery period. Came 6 weeks early. Lots of texts and emails throughout keeping me updated. Delivery drivers very friendly and quick. Everything very professional.

Steliana was very helpful today, making sure she took the time to help us order correctly, she was also very friendly and great with kids.

I recently purchased a new settee and chair from DFS
The Salesperson Linda was extremely helpful throughout the process she was very knowledgeable
and patient and made the whole experience stress free. I was delighted with my purchase and Linda's Customer service.

My sofas were delivered on time and is really good quality for the price. The delivery guys were so helpful and polite throughout.

Customer service (Doola Ali) was excellent, explained everything about the product, finance options in detail.
She was very professional, patient and friendly. Her skill in explaining and convincing is really great! Felt like we are dealing with our friend. Manager Tom was also amazing.

Sales assistant was very knowledgeable and explained everything with care for my mother in law who is 89 went through all the details several times to make sure she was happy with everything before placing the order. The Bristol store was very pleasant and it was a pleasure to shop there. We have bought furniture from there in the past and with this level of service we will be back

One very confused customer Mike took my hand and guided me through the process, he was kind knowledgeable and most of all very patient thank you so much.

Member of staff very helpful and nothing too much trouble on first visit. On return visit went to John with his great and friendly customer attitude, no pushy selling which I appreciated. Chose the appropriate suite for my home with his help. Quality of furniture looked very good and lots of choice.

This is the third time we have purchased a new suite from DFS .
We had excellent help and advise from Mike , wear not put under pressure and were treated in a very professional manner, that’s why we keep coming back to DFS .Robin Thomas .
