This was our 2nd visit to DFS, after visiting other showrooms and trawling the internet trying to find what we wanted.
Tom set us at ease straight away, giving us information and space when we needed it, and being attentive when we were ready. He made the experience simple, warm and straightforward. Highly recommend

Easy and friendly
We found the ideal sofas very quickly in the showroom, and we were helped by Linda, who was very knowledgeable and friendly. Ordering was easy and we're looking forward to our new furniture.

Excellent customer service. Neil was extremely helpful. Guided us through the buying process, explaining everything to us. Order was thoroughly checked by another member of staff before it was finally placed. Really pleased with our visit to DFS.

The sales lady was so welcoming and left us to look at choices of sofas. When we found one she was very helpful going through colours, protection etc. This is our second sofa purchase and each time we haven't felt pressured. The sale was an easy a pleasant experience
