Staff are lovely 😍
We were left to browse in our own time but knew staff were around if needed. When we found our sofa, we approached them and all our questions were answered brilliantly. Easy process to buy and felt that we were appreciated and our needs understood. We took out the extra material protection cover and this was explained comprehensively with no added pressure.

Great choice of sofas of different types and styles.
Very welcoming and friendly staff who allowed you to wander around freely without feeling harassed or being pushed, but ready to help when requested. They helped with choice and design/colour/size etc also explained everything and didn’t push for us to have the extras. Overall great experience now can’t wait for the sofa to arrive.

We were given space to look around at our own pace. Didn’t feel pressured to buy. Once we found our desired sofas the salesman was very helpful. Everything was very well explained and all our options talked through.

i knew roughly what i wanted after looking online at the range but wanted to experiece sitting on the items to make sure they were exactly what i wanted.i was met with a friendly welcome asking if i knew what i was looking for in the store to help me find the product i wanted to check out.the salesman directed me towards the ranges i was looking for then went to check the exact items i was looking for and the materials i wanted in the product.i was never pushed to enhance the product price i was just told what the differences were with the product and the amount of what each were.on making my option clear that i wanted the very best the salesman totted up the costs and then we agreed with him to process the sale with an expected delivery date set at the maximum length of time expected with an agreement between us that was set that i would accept the items sooner if the items could be made quicker through construction being quicker.the product was quite firm but the advice was that it could be even firmer on delivery with a bedding in period needed for all the seating bases and back rest and arm rest plumping up needed once a week to keep the product in pristine condition..
a great buying experience with no pressure sales technique used.the proof of quality in the product will come in a few weeks time.
