Wanted to get some "formal back" cushions for our Harlech Granda sofa (we previously bought it with the scatter cushions back). DFS have been very helpful in getting these for us.

Attentive, organised, helpful and friendly. Info explained very well

Jacob was really helpful, explained well what I needed to do for the upkeep suite I bought, there was no hard sell for add ons. A credit to the D.F.S brand.

What can I say Bethany your sales rep was absolutely brilliant she explained everything in great detail not at anytime did she push us into any decisions. Experience was fantastic, Ellie was absolutely brilliant and made our visit so easy! She showed us round, left us to look at different sofas and if we needed any assistance was there right away, 10/10 service couldn’t be happier with the experience.
