Very helpful staff - NOT pushy , which is a huge relief! Second visit of the day as we had other stores to compare other sofas with . The very wonderful Faz at Colne dealt with us and the purchase . Very helpful no faff or time wasting …. Purchase made in a matter of minutes. An excellent service with no compromises! Thanks Faz 😊

When entered the store we were met by Farzana who was very friendly without being pushy. We were left to look around at our leisure, when we wanted for help Farzana couldn’t have been more helpful. It was nice to be in a national store that gave such good customer service.

The sales assistant was very helpful giving us all the information we needed.

We bought a Visionary cinema sofa, the sofa was made to order with an outdated Bluetooth system, this is not compatible with our 2 Yr old tv. DFS stated is is our fault for not checking the sofas compatibility. Can't believe a made to order item is being fitted with a legacy system. Now we g have to pay DFS £150 to return it. Shocking customer service.

Been into the Colne store a couple of times and on both occasions the customer service person that assisted us was Faz , she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable , answered all our questions and made sure we fully understood . She was very polite , and easy to talk to , and humorous which is a bonus ,

Knowledgable, friendly staff member. Answered questions that were asked quickly. Didn’t push the sale, this was really important. We felt he helped us buy a suite rather than sold us one.
