Was greeted my Mary she was very good went through all our options for our measurements then her colleague who I can not remember her name came over to go through the order with us and explained everything in detail, we were very happy with our experience today

I visited the DFS store several times before deciding to purchase two suites of furniture, and on every visit the customer service was outstanding.

When I finally made my purchase, I was looked after by Orla Walsh at the Mahon Point Shopping Centre store in Cork. She was incredibly pleasant, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.

I also found the store to be bright, spacious, well organised, and very accessible, making it easy to browse the wide selection of furniture. The complimentary coffee was a lovely touch, especially while taking the time to walk around and consider the different options.

Overall, it was an excellent shopping experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend DFS Mahon Point to anyone looking for quality furniture backed by exceptional customer service.

Paula was absolutely fantastic to deal with , she helped us with absolutely everything and showed us everything possible , we have bought for both our living room and sitting room and could not be any happier. Went to the Cork showrooms today to purchase a sofa and met a lovely Assistant called Daisy, she was very polite and could not do enough to assist me she explained everything and gave me all the information about the sofa. I was so impressed with Daisy that l bought the sofa.

The young lady named Pari at the Cork store was extremely helpful and courteous.

We were met with a friendly, respectful and knowledgeable member of staff.

Daisy was great today, she explained everything I needed to know about the sofa i was buying along with the sofa care and care kit which I definitely needed with 4 small kids. Paula explained about delivery and timing and there was a lovely man from north of Ireland that was great when asking him about how ill get the couch into the front room. Great to deal with and dient take too long. Thanks to these 3 at DFS

My furniture didn't arrive on the date I was informed it would. I took a half day from work to ensure that I was there for the delivery.
I contacted customer care twice, and they couldn't answer why my delivery didn't show up, and I was told that someone would contact me. Now 8 days on, I still haven't had any communication or update from DFS.

Paula was fantastic and very informative, we ended up buying a couch for €5000

I visited DFS yesterday to buy my first sofa, and I couldn't be happier with the experience.

From the moment we arrived, Maeve was absolutely fantastic. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, taking the time to explain every option and answer all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed. As first-time sofa buyers, we really appreciated how accommodating and helpful she was throughout the entire process.

Maeve went above and beyond to make sure we found the right sofa for our home, and her professionalism and genuine kindness made what could have been a stressful decision an enjoyable one. It's rare to receive customer service of such a high standard, and she is a real credit to DFS.
