The member of staff was super knowledgeable. Understood what we were looking for, gave suggestions and solutions without being pushy.

I had a great experience at DFS thanks to the excellent customer service. The employee was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. She took the time to help me find the right items, gave some great recommendations, and provided important information that made choosing much easier. Nothing felt rushed, and I really appreciated her knowledge and friendly attitude. She made the whole shopping experience enjoyable. Thank you for the outstanding service!

Offer wide range of products. Salesman helpful & knowledgeable.
Showed us several suites to suit our
needs. Left us to wander around without being pressurised.

I visited the DFS furniture store aValley Park Croydon on Monday 20th July with my mum and best friend, as I needed to order sofas, I had only moved in the last month and had an accident breaking a bone in foot,so was on crutches, on entering the store my mum enquired about parking and was given information where to park, on entering the store we had a look round, was pleased to be left alone to browse without interruption until we needed assistance, a lovely member of staff Peter helped us with our sofas and made us all a drink, he took the time to talk to us like human beings! even got us a free cleaning product for the sofa, nothing was too much trouble his manager who's name escapes me was also helpful but Peter was great at his job and cared about our shopping experience, recommend this store for great service.

The customer agent was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to explain the terms and conditions so that we understood and was able to make an informed choice. Our experience was a pleasant one and we would recommend DFS to others.

Lynne at Therapia Lane DFS has given me so much time and expertise. She didn't encourage me to go for something more expensive, and she was friendly and helpful. She made spending £2,000 a pleasure. Also, she remembered what I'd been looking at months before. I felt valued.

I had a lovely sales person, who I think was Maha (that was how it was pronounced) she wasn't pushy, she gave me space and showed patience and kindness... no hard sell or being pushy at all... made me feel very comfortable. She was honest, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. She is a credit to DFS and I'm sure she has a very bright future ahead of her. thank you Maha for making my experience so easy.

The croydon DFS was really helpful especially the gentleman that served us. Extremely polite, not pushie & very informative. Felt very comfortable & at ease about buying an expensive 3 piece suite.
