Alan the Salesman at the Darley Dale store was attentive, helpful and efficient.

As soon as we entered DFS assistant Gary welcomed us, he asked if he could help, we explained what we were looking for, he was very polite and friendly, he gave us directions but said l am about if you need me, he was so helpful and kind, once we had decided on a lovely soft he asked us to sit down on the furniture we were buying, he offered refreshments, we chatted, he was absolutely amazing, he didn't rush us, he made us feel so relaxed, Gary is certainly brilliant at his job, he presented as very clean, smart and knowledgeable, he demonstrated the sofa, he made sure we understood what we were paying for, I honestly think if it wasn't for his kindness we may have looked elsewhere for comparisons, top marks Gary and many thanks for today

Nice honest helpful service explained everything to us. The store was nice and clean tidy and set up well that's why we came back to buy from you again.

Once we had selected our purchase preferences we were then assisted by the DFS salesperson, who was very helpful. We answered all of our questions and proceeded our order, very efficiently, without fuss, fully explaining all aspects of our purchase and our credit agreement.

Great choice of furniture. No harassment from staff and no pressure. Took our time and looked at sofas again and again that we liked until we chose the one. Staff very helpful and answered our questions when we were ready.

We were given time to reflect and an opportunity to view other display items.
On making a decision to buy we were given all relevant information.

We were met, told about special offers and left to wander at peace to look at all the sofas..when we were ready Gary was very helpful, talking us through all the options available, offering us everything but not being pushy with anything

We explained what we were looking for and we were guided through the sofas that would be suitable for us. Once we had chosen (I think the sales man was called Steve) he offered us a drink and then talked us through caring for the sofas and how to use the cleaning products. He gave us the costs and timelines and talked us through the delivery and how they unpacked everything. All in all a brilliant experience. Cant wait to receive our sofas.

I went into store 3 times on the same day before making my decision. All staff I encountered were extremely helpful and didn’t put me under any pressure to purchase and have time to consider everything first

No complications or issues, just a straight forward transaction as required.
