Aaliyah greeted us on arrival and left us to browse. She came back and checked on us after a suitable amount of time and answered our questions. We were not ready to order that day as we couldn't decide on a colour. She emailed us 2 of our options. After discussions we decided on a different colour and re visited the store to find her again. She dealt with our order efficiently and we thought she was absolutely lovely. She explained everything perfectly!! 10/10 from us x

Great experience at DFS Merry Hill. Steff was really friendly, helpful and made the whole process easy from start to finish. She answered all of my questions and helped me find a great sofa without any pressure. Really pleased with the service. Thanks again, Steff!

Excellent service I had to wait a while for Aliyah to serve me as she was called away to sort a problem but was very sorry when she returned but it was fine and offered me a discount most appreciated.

Attentive and friendly staff. Great store layout and excellent customer service. Steph in particular stood out. Kind, courteous and an eye for detail with helping me to look at an accent chair that would match my sofa purchased on an earlier DFS visit this year.

The store manager and other staff treated as very well . I am very happy with my purchase .

Visited the store on the 26th July, from start to finish I was made to feel welcome as soon as we started talking to the assistant she kindly offered us a drink straight away. All our queries we answered, the assistant wasn’t trying to force a sale or push us like many others can be I would use her name but unfortunately I didn’t quite catch it. Overall it was a good experience.

Matt was very thorough when explaining everything from our 1st visit to our visit today to place our order. He went though everything and explained it very well and asked us if we were happy with everything he had told us. Very professional and knowledgeable would highly recommend
