Nice shop very well stocked and easy to navigate round furniture displays .
Staff very helpful but not pushy to make a sale.
Sales person Matt at Merryhill branch very polite and very helpful
He also informed us about how to care for the leather.

Swivel chair
I was approached by Tony to see if I needed help, he let me browse on my own. I chose my swivel chair. He explained everything I needed to know. He didn't push me to choose. Very friendly, chatty but professional. Lots of choice and colours.
