Staff were extremely helpful. I went in on a few occasions and both Ben & Michelle were wonderful to deal with and knowledgeable on all types of sofas.

Katrina comes highly recommended she went through everything with us in detail so easy to understand -

Good instore service

When I went shopping in the DFS store last week I must say it was a great experience, from meeting the staff who all spoke as I walked around looking at their selection of sofas. The girl that looked after me was brilliant, she explained all the different options I had with the sofa I was buying eg 2 3 seater and armchairs, foam or fibre, cushions and material options. I must say without hesitation I recommend shopping in DFS

I was dealing with Katrina in the Galway store she was very helpful. I placed my order and then I wanted to make a small adjustment and Katrina was extremely helpful and with no delays and placed the updated ordered for me.

I had a great experience shopping here. The furniture is excellent quality, with a wide range of stylish options at reasonable prices. The staff was so friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all my questions and helped me find exactly what I was looking for without any pressure. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. I highly recommend dfs to anyone looking for quality furniture and excellent service.

Katrina is a real gem. She was thorough and professional, demonstrating all of our options for a new sofa and armchair.

I dealt with all 4 sales agents over a period of 60 minutes, Joanne, Ben, Alan and a forth person who's name I didn't catch. They literally pulled rugs from under tables, moved furniture around, and talked colour designs with me for 45 minutes until I was happy with the decision I made. I've never experienced such personalised help in buying furniture before and that's why I wanted to record it. I couldn't recommend the staff in DFS Galway highly enough and I will be passing this recommendation to others.

Great staff very helpful.

We had Jayden as our sales assistant, he was extremely pleasant, courteous & knowledgeable .
At no stage did he pressure us to make a sale. He got the perfect balance of giving us assistance and space and privacy to make our decision.
He made us tea and coffee which was very welcome as we took a lot of time to decide what was a perfect fit for our sitting room. Jayden never rushed us.
The whole experience was excellent. We have absolutely no complaints.
I would return there for any future purchases and hope to meet Jayden as our assistant.
