Very good assistant Sammy with excellent product knowledge, pleasant and helpful.
However, the designs we wanted to see (Zella Torren) were not in the store (online only). How can you judge a sofa without actually sitting on it?

Very efficient, friendly and informative help from Demi and particularly Paige. Looking forward to getting our new sofa and chair in the next few weeks. Everything explained clearly and options given. Inspired trust and confidence that we had made the right decision.

Buying our sofa was Easy and smooth nothing was to much trouble

Very good customer service that i recieved today at the DFS Grantham store. I had a couple of questions to ask before placing my order and they were all answered clearly and I was taken through the whole process until to when to expect my delivery.
