Tom was very professional and diligent - he was very communicative and informative in the sofas we chose. A great person and sales representative of DFS
The sales representatives Tom was extremely helpful- guided us nicely with full explanation and care. Tom knew his furniture and was very helpful. A valuable member to your team I would say.

The experience i had in the shop was amazing especially from moh ,the shop attendant, he had a really good customer service ,he was polite and helpful and had time to explain every bit of our purchase .I will recommend people to come to the shop

The whole team was amazing. Especially our sales Advisor Kerry- such a pleasant experience the whole way- didn't even see the time go. Made our stressful sofa and bed shopping so fun and memorable. So happy with our purchase and the entire sale experience. Can't thank Kerry enough!!
Also both managers Ash and Will were both very helpful throughout the process!

Great selection and excellent customer service. Jay, our customer service assistant took us smoothly through the process - he was both knowledgeable and thorough. The whole process was excellent. Can’t recommend this store and Jay highly enough.

Karima looked after me very well she wasn't pushy and left me to have a look at the options she gave me, the sofa I originally wanted was very low but Karima showed me another sofa that I just fell in love with, she explained everything so well. She is a credit to your business. A true asset. I couldn't be more happier with overall experience and look forward to my beautiful new sofa to arrive.

Friendly Staff and San Antonio Set
My mum and I came in and purchased the San Antonio sofa set. Mo, at Greenwich DFS was our sales associate and he was extremely attentive and patient. He went through all the information in detail and made us feel assured with our purchase!
